Got a cool tee, quality seems good, no issues.

I ordered on May 20th and no news since then.
I reached to customer service after a week to know if my order has been shipped and I got no answer. Unfortunately, by reading other bad reviews, I am thinking this was a scam

Clothing exaclty as the picture. Very good quality. Answered my email promptly when I enquired about the delivery. Very good customer experience overall.

After 17 days, my order (in stock) has not been shipped..

Delivery was quite slow

Ordine fatto un mese fa, mai arrivato. Ho ricevuto l’email di conferma dell’ordine ma nient’altro. Spero almeno di riuscire ad avere il rimborso. Mi dispiace ma devo assolutamente sconsigliarlo.

Ordered 2 shirts on the 7th of May. Never received a shipping confirmation e-mail, send 2 mails asking about more details or an indication. I received the same automatic reply for both emails. I still want the order, but i have no clue when I could expect anything.

Edit 05/28/2024, from 1 to 3 stars - After the review on trust pilot, Nostalgic Apparel got in contact with me. I received the shirts a few days later. Shirts are from good quality, you just need to take into account that it will take longer.

T-shirts arrived 7 weeks later however the quality is poor, they feel like cheap tshirts, not what I was expecting at this price point. They stink badly of vinegar too and worse yet, they do not fit as expected. I checked the sizing before ordering and the measurements suggests the fit would be same as other shirts I have however they are much smaller.

Out of the blue after 6 weeks they issued a refund but I still then received the order. So that's the one saving grace for me.

All in all, the experience was poor, the product quality is poor and the product fit is poor. I will not be ordering again and would not recommend but because I received the order and got a refund, I have increased from 1 star to 2 stars.

These guys are absolute crook, scam artists in fact. I placed an order on the 18th April and I've still not received it. They initially fed me some excuse about a delay in shipping when their own tracking showed it as being at their warehouse still. Then they said it was lost in transit (tracking still shows it as in their warehouse) and would raise a new order. They raised said order 8 days ago now and yet the order has not yet been despatched as mo tracking info has been received. They are no longer replying to my emails yet I keep getting automated requests to leave them a review, presumably their system presumes, like me that after a month you shiudl have received your order! I've seen plenty of other people moaning on social media of 2-3 week waits and no communication but these people seem to receive their orders yet I'm still waiting, so I can only assume that Nostalgic Apparel is a con, a scam company.

After having heard nothing and reviewing on trustpilot, they responded quickly. I have now recieved my order and am very happy.
Their contact with me has been very nice

J’ai acheté 3 t-shirt et ils sont tops, le tissu est de qualité, doux. Leurs vêtements sont sympas.

Les livraisons peuvent prendre du temps ceci dit, mais ça ne m’a pas trop étonné puisqu’il s’agit d’une petite boutique en ligne

Placed an order on 1st of May, and still has not been sent.
Communication via e-mail and instagram not good (just one email that there are delays). Looks like a scam?
Am going to try get my money back.

Edit 14.05 - as per the confirmation from the company my cancellation has been accepted and I have received my money. Changing the rating to 3.

Ma commande date du 26 mars, toujours rien reçu ! Le numéro de suivi postal sur le site est bidon. Ils me repondent à l avis précédent qu'ils n arrivent pas à trouver ma commande pourtant j'ai bien la confirmation par mail et ils ne répondent pas à mes messages en chat... une honte ! !
Ma commande #1149 est pourtant validée et payée

Je n’ai eu aucune nouvelle de ma commande pendant plusieurs semaines le délais indique de livraison était pourtant de 3 à 5 jours …
Finalement j’ai obtenu une réponse à mes mails et ai bien reçu ma commande conforme !
Il est juste dommage de ne pas avoir été tenue au courant du retard de livraison 😊

Good quality of tshirt, the print is very good and the shirt is very confortable to wear

I ordered 3 t shirts on the 22nd of March and they haven't arrived yet. They've asked me to review the t-shirts. I can't do this with no t shirts!

Came home from work and they had arrived. To be fair. Really cool and worth waiting for!

El off white no es off white. Es beige. Muy mal.
