AVOID

Long time to deliver...told me about high costs re returns and custom duties to China...not worth the bother....avoid this lot at all costs

This website uses classic deceptive…

This website uses classic deceptive dropshipping tactics. I ordered shoes that looked nothing like the advertised pictures. When I complained, customer service (Olivia) sent standard scripted replies trying to trap me.First, they offered a tiny 10% refund. Then they increased it to 40%, and finally 60% to keep the item. They claimed that if I wanted a full refund, I had to pay expensive international shipping fees to mail the item back to a warehouse in China, warning me that customs might seize it. This is a scare tactic to make you give up.Under the UK Consumer Rights Act 2015, if an item is not as described, the retailer must cover the return costs. I refused their partial offers, cited the law, and threatened a formal bank chargeback and a report to Trading Standards. They backed down instantly and issued a 100% full refund without requiring a return.Do not let them bully you into a partial refund. Threaten a chargeback with your bank and they will cave.

Beware for three reasons…

Firstly the items are despatched from China and take up to 3 weeks to be delivered to the UK.

Both items I bought (Linen Maxi Shirt Dress V-Neck 3/4 Sleeve Split and Oversized Striped Linen Shirt Maxi Dress) turned out to be Polyester with a garment label to prove it. I specifically wanted Linen and feel the misrepresentation is a serious failure.

Lastly, if not satisfied, the options are to choose another item for the same value (less postage), keep the items with a small refund or pay postage to return to China.

After discussion with customer services (who are very responsive) I decided on the partial refund and will donate the garments to the charity shop.
