Northfield lines are always great! Safe courteous driver and easy booking make this company my go to for field trips!

I did not personally ride from or to MSP, but I can only assume all went as well as the pre-trip requests and communications. It was very nice to receive the driver's name and direct telephone number to forward to our riders, and I especially appreciated the instructions for inside MSP to locate where the Northfield Lines van would be waiting for pick-up of the riders. All top-notch!! Then to receive the invoice within only a few days of the trip, so we can process in our internal system was very appreciated! Thank you for making one piece of this business visit stress free! Great job all the way around!

We used Northfield Lines for transportation of wedding guests between three sites - the hotel, the church and the reception venue. Joni was very helpful in understanding our needs and creating a package that fit our event perfectly. Our event ended up being on the date of the historic spring snowstorm that brought a foot of snow to Minneapolis! Amid this unexpected complexity, the NL driver, Dale, provided excellent service to our guests, navigating the unplowed city streets and professionally (and safely) getting our guests to their destination. I got so many wonderful compliments on the transportation service, and I would highly recommend Northfield Lines.

GREAT EXPERIENCE! This company is nothing short of amazing. With the unexpected spring blizzard in Minneapolis and a group of 31 high school choir students and their directors from sunny California, many of whom have never been in snow before, this company and their bus driver, Barney, saved the day! I can't say enough good things about him. Above all, it was comforting to know that he kept safety as his priority. He did manage to get the group to many of their activities when possible. The director kept telling me that he deserves a raise! I'd have to agree!! Loved working with Pam Williams in the office. She is very friendly and was easy to reach. Great people. She is always SO positive and welcoming; she is thorough, always takes that extra step; and, without question, her focus is always on the customer vs. profit. The equipment is clean, reliable, and in excellent shape, and, the drivers are genuinely kind, fun and truly awesome people. Karen & Gary are not only our drivers - - they are our friends! Northfield Lines cares with their friendly and helpful office staff as they assist setting up your travel plans whether its a day trip or a number of days of travel. They confirm your contract information and make sure you have necessary information for your charted bus & driver. The charter buses are in excellent condition and they give a smooth ride. The charter buses drivers are professional, friendly, helpful and drive safely. Schedules are kept. Our groups last trip was to the Orpheum after a large snow fall and with the excellent drving of the bus driver the group had a great evening at the theater.
