Road Trip with Friends!
This was a wonderful experience from beginning to end. My contact who helped me book the trip was very communicative and friendly. Our driver arrived early and did a terrific job for us all day. The bus was clean and comfortable with a restroom and WiFi, as promised. All of us on the trip thoroughly enjoyed the day! I would definitely recommend your company to others for their trips.

Had some issues
Had some issues. We had trouble contacting our representative at Northfield Lines after we booked our transportation services and had to reach out to someone else at the company after a few weeks of unresponsiveness. Overall we were happy with the contracting process, and working with Northfield Lines prior to the day of the event, however. On the day of our event, one of the three bus drivers had the heat on instead of the AC for the entire 25 minute drive, making it very uncomfortable for our passengers, even after they repeatedly asked for the AC to be turned on. Additionally, one of the bus drivers picking up our guests after the event was late, making several guests wait and arrive late to the next event. We understand that this bus driver also backed into a tree or bush on the property after not following driving directions/signage onsite.

Working with Northfield was a wonderful experience. We contracted with them to supply motor coach and school bus service for our weekend long event. Communication was timely, professional, and personable. The service was on-time, clean, and the drivers were exceptional!

Highly Recommended
I've used Northfield lines for our collegiate music ensemble tours almost exclusively for over 15 years. They have always provided great customer service, a fair price, outstanding drivers, and modern, well-maintained vehicles. I know our students will be well taken care of and safely moved from place to place with Northfield Lines, Inc.. I highly recommend them!

AWESOME SERVICE
AWESOME SERVICE! Had a large client event, worked with Anna Lee. She was so responsive, have never had such amazing service regarding transportation needs. Buses were always early and clean, drivers were courteous- had signage requested- and knew where they were going. It was amazing to see that everything that I discussed with Anna Lee made it directly to the drivers, EVERY TIME. Wish I could give 20 stars. Seriously amazing, cant wait to come back for another event (hopefully soon). Anna Lee, you are the best! What a smooth operation you run-- LOVE IT! *******
