One of the best experiences ever. I was so sad after my booked tour cancelled twice. I booked here and it was nothing short of amazing. Kel was great. Found the lights and literally had two hours under the lights. Took his time and took personal pictures of everyone. Totally recommend.

We had a great experience on the northern lights mini bus tour. Kel was a great tour guide. He took us to the spot with the most likely chance of seeing the lights and we ended up seeing some amazing lights. On top of this, he made such an effort to take great photos of the whole group and stood outside in the freezing cold and high winds for 4 hours taking photos of us all. The cookies and hot chocolate were an added bonus to a great evening! Thank you Kel!

Amazing!!! Kel was a great guide who went above and beyond, incredibly grateful for this experience and would 100% recommend! The group being small made the tour very intimate, Kel made sure we all had gorgeous pictures of the Aurora ! The hot chocolates and cookies were a bonus! Thank you :)

We had this experience on 11/23/24 and we were ecstatic! We were picked up on the assigned pick up location and we went to the 1st location to spot the Northern lights, it was hard to see it so our driver transferred to another location and it showed up!😭😭😭 It was also freezing cold and our driver gave us hand warmers. The driver also took professional photos which showed the Northern lights much clearly. Photos were sent to us in 72hrs!!! I definitely recommend them as they went above and beyond!!!

Saw the lights and the guide was brilliant

The company made the whole process from start to finish really straightforward and pleasurable. The direct communication was fantastic and they collected us from our hotel even though it wasn’t in the main city. Tbh we were unsure whether to use an operator or try to wing it ourselves but I’m glad we went with these guys in the end - the guide was fabulous, knowledgeable and engaging.

The guide, Karol, first of all. Kind, funny and tenacious when it comes to do whatever he can to provide us the best chances of watching the northern lights. Using his words at the beginning of the tour, that came to be proven: "I can't promise we'll se them, because it's Mother Nature who rules, but I can promise you I will do everything I can to enable you to see them, and I am very good at my job". Yes, he did. Yes, he is. And yes, we saw them, and how lucky were we that night! Also, after the tour, to access the photos, the support I needed was provided, and I have absolutely nothing but great things to say about Arctic Yeti.

Todo genial y precioso. He echado de menos más explicaciones, al menos pensaba que el guía nos diría más info. Al final, la excursión la haces tú, el guía te hace de chófer y te da un par de datos curiosos sobre las tres paradas que haces. Todo impresionante, eso sí y el guía muy majo.

Me gustó mucho la experiencia, el personal súper amable y atento en todo momento, sin duda alguna para repetir, me gustó mucho que aunque ya nos dirijeramos de vuelta a la ciudad, siguiera parando cuando se veía alguna aurora, algo maravilloso que aunque se excediera de tiempo lo hacía, el kit para calentarse las manos sin duda alguna una gran idea, fue muy útil, muchas gracias por todo
