I wish I had read more reviews about this company! Totally agree with other comments regarding advertising their business as a store in Harrogate, when it appears the goods are being manufactured in China.
I, like many others submitted an initial positive review of the website, communication and ordering process. However, it has been 10 days since my order was placed. I have received emails about tracking but it is nowhere near out for delivery. Customer service contacted but no reply. I can only hope that when my goods eventually arrive that they are of decent quality as it doesn’t look like a refund is at all likely. Certainly would never use again!

Sub standard shoes that don’t come anywhere near the quality in the website and when you ask for a return, don’t bother! as they tell you they have to be shipped back to China and you’re going to have to pay for shipping and customs.
I will be contacting trading standards 😡

Easy to use website. Great choice and colours of trainers.
Prices are very competitive

Amazing prices, looking forward to my boots. EDIT: must say, their prompt promised a 50% discount if you filled out a Trust Pilot review, but failed to mention that it was 50% off something in the future & that the discount would time out quickly. I already feel manipulated.

Excellent easy to use website. Good communication Quick delivery.

I despair with this company, still waiting for delivery. All I get are emails saying goods on their way. Ive had items from China arrive quicker.

Brilliant service easy to order and great product

Easy to order, classy looking footwear and nice quality

Shoes took weeks to arrive. They dont look anything like pics online. Ive now emailed the ‘support’ email address about how to return an order and there’s been zero response!

Easy to order. Great quality product and unique!

So far so good - just waiting for delivery - hoping for swift delivery of a quality product

Looks a great website , ordered some trainers , going to order the check green coat too !

I was looking for a pair of supportive trainers post foot surgery. I found two pairs in the sale that look very comfortable and stylish so looking forward to receiving them.

AVOID THIS SHOP!! Misleading website. Products are sent from CHINA and take ages to arrive. I ordered two pairs of shoes, in different sizes to ensure fit. Both shoes were too small as they do not conform to UK standard sizes. I have contacted them twice now to return, but my emails have been ignored. I am now £120 out of pocket.

Easy purchasing, hopefully quick delivery and returns if necessary. Keen reminders

Easy to use website. Good choices

Awful. Item has not arrived. It’s near impossible to contact them because when you try to contact them by e-mail the message always fails whichever e-ma address you use. The tracking information never load. Guess I have to accept that I’ve lost my money!

Massive scamm!!!!
