it seems that this IS a scam or a con, like others on this site, goods have not arrived, although took money when ordered, also no way to contact customer services and gives a Royal Mail tracking number, which Royal Mail do not recognise. All I can say is the good reports are what they put on themselves. Phone number given is a shopping centre that has no knowledge of them. All it say on traking is, 'on its way, but never comes. Puffer jacket looks cheap and does not correspond to the photos on the website . I have been trying to contact customer service team for more than a week to raise a return request , but I have not received a reply yet. The whole business looks like a scam as they do not have a warehouse in the UK and it takes more than three weeks to get a delivery directly from China

I ordered 4 items on 4th Oct. Order ref NORA2028WANDERS. This was confirmed, with ‘Shipping method: Express Delivery with Royal Mail’, with a photo of a NoraWanders shop in Harrogate.
Tracking came to a standstill; Royal Mail reference wasn’t recognised.
I’ve chased ‘Support’ on 9th, 15th, 19th October. No direct response, just a mm of movement on Tracking.
I’ve tried to cancel. No response.
This is a con company. There clearly isn’t a Harrogate shop; and the goods will either not be delivered, or come at an unknown, endless time. Chances are the only way of returning them will be to pay shipping charges to China or SE Asia.

Do not use this company. I wish I had read the trustpilot reviews before purchasing from this company. The order took longer than i thought to arrive. This did send alarm bells. The trainers I received are very poor quality, cheap & not fit for purpose! Nothing like the description on website. On reading reviews i realise this company is not based in the UK. The website is very misleading. The hassle free returns policy is a joke. Will put this down to experience.

Product of poor quality. no response to emails regarding returns of goods. Lie about their presence in the Trafford Centre Manchester. They do not have a shop there. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THESE PEOPLE

I never write reviews but feel like I have to. The jumper took about 2 weeks to arrive, it said one size but when it came it would fit a size 10 ( im a 12-14). Ive tried contacting them 3 emails, no response AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!!

Firstly, They mislead you by using 'Harrogate' in the header. In fact they are in China.

Tracking number does work.

Poor communications.

Ignored me so I got bank to reverse charge under the charge back scheme. If everyone did this, they may well think twice

Nice dress, good quality. Did think belt was included but not the end of the world. Shipping could have been a bit faster and customer service a little better.

I did expect an email to confirm straight away , however it was in my junk . So im waiting for my purchase .

Will be contacting trading standards. This is a scam company. The product I paid £80 for is shocking quality and looks nothing like the image on their fake website. Took 2 weeks to arrive and no one replied when you email them for a return. Interestingly I managed to use the phone number I found online - takes you through to the Trafford Centre info line! The chap there told me Nora wanders is a scam and has been reported to the police and that I should contact my bank asap ( in the hope of a refund) this scam company are actually using the Trafford centre as an address and phone line although it doesn’t belong to them.
PLEASE DO NOT BUY FROM NORA WANDERS

I have already left one review as I waited for my very very overdue order. It has arrived after bribes to make reviews and large refunds which I-add did not arrive. Jacket finally arrived today and perhaps all would have been forgiven if it had been in ANY way even vaguely decent. Instead it has no lining, cheapest of buttons and the fabric is like a super cheap children’s play felt. No care instructions (so presume highly flammable) , didn’t fit unless I don’t eat for the next 6 months so absolutely not true to size. It’s in the recycling - having graced my home for 30 minutes. Money would have been better spent buying toilet cleaner. WTF. BEWARE people.

Appalling company do not buy from them. Item took 3 weeks to arrive. Contacted them numerous times contact form did not get a reply for over a week. They advertise as a UK company telephone number Manchester but this number takes you to the Trafford centre. The jacket I ordered was heavily reduced however I am still annoyed that I even paid £39;for this piece of rubbish. It's like piece of felt no way is it a jacket one of the buttons is off. Poor quality, terrible fabric & disgraceful customer service. Under normal circumstances I would return it however this is a convoluted process that requires their agreement that it can be refunded & then I need to send it tracked international delivery to United States at my own expense and if it takes longer than 30 days the refund would not be given. Will never use again and would urge no-one else to purchase from this company

Ordered months ago and it’s still not come. They bribe you with discounts to leave reviews on here about how good they are. Their customer service doesn’t exist, they never reply. You can find the exact same item on shein, it’s all a complete load of fake items that you’ll never receive.
