Established in Wolverhampton back in 2021, starting out from humble beginnings our founder Patrick put his passion and knowledge of the fitness industry as well as his blood sweat and tears into growing our company into what it is today. So our company name is not only the well known bodybuilding catchphrase but it fits perfectly with the story behind it. We’re now present on Amazon, eBay, Facebook Marketplace, Gumtree and Shpock and we strive to continue to grow, work with other companies and suppliers and introduce a broader variety of product lines. Our goal is to become an internationally recognised company by 2030. We’re proud to cater to both personal and business needs and have supplied home and commercial gyms across the country. 30kg dumbbells.
Good product and good communication from the company. The dumbbell plates are accurate in their weight, aesthetically very look very plain but I am not bothered about that. The 'Shop' app (not linked to this company) seem to have the wrong details for them so use the phone number on the official website.

Great value for money
I found the company on FB marketplace. I purchased x2 20kg weight plates from them and they were brilliantly priced. Delivery was really quick. Excellent service and would definitely recommend.

I’m bought 2 x 20kg (Olympic) Bumper plates for a great price. Many people were trying to sell old rusty second hand plates on Facebook for much more than I got these brand new quality plates for, and they arrived in less than 48 hours !

We’re really impressed with our purchase!
Buying from small businesses instead of big names can feel a bit risky, but these guys were honestly brilliant. We bought the 112kg bar and weight set, and they were more than happy to show us each weight and even offered to weigh them in front of us to make sure we were happy. As expected all came back perfect. As for the quality it really is top-notch—really solid, professional-standard equipment.
Exactly what we needed to take our home gym to the next level! Customer service was fantastic, super helpful from start to finish. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for high-quality gym gear!
