Happy with purchase
Ordering was easy and straightforward. Delivery did take quite a while, but this was explained as being due to the company being overwhelmed with orders, so I understood the delay. The items themselves are lovely and the quality is good with it being plated 18 carat gold. My only criticism is that the Ayatul Kursi Cuff is very difficult to get on, which makes it a little awkward to wear. Overall, I’m happy with my purchase.

Your service was disappointing. My order never arrived, even though I was told that it had been delivered and signed for. I contacted your team several times, but the issue took far too long to resolve.
I was asked to complete additional forms and repeat information that you already had, including the tracking details. I also tried to contact the shipping company, but I was unable to get any help.
I appreciate that you finally arranged a replacement order, but my overall experience was not satisfactory, and I believe this situation could have been handled much more efficiently.
