I've been on trial with their product
Rhodiola Rosea .
Their products are pf good quality .
I take 2 tablets every morning .
I suffer from fibromyaglia and found these help me sleep better and that gave me a bit better focus on wakening so every wee bit matters and I'm happy with the results.

The supplement was easy to take and became part of my morning routine. I definitely felt a difference with my sleep and energy. Nooroots is a company I would use again to buy supplements.

I’ve been on a trial of their samples before but the one with Rhodiola Rosea has completely changed my sleeping schedule. I have not had many improvements in physical endurance but these supplements have completely turned my sleep around. They’ve managed to make my dreams positive and I haven’t had any negative side effects the whole trial.

After taking these capsules it wasn’t too long before I started to sleep better at night.
I also found my brain fog started to lessen as well.
I was very happy with the company. Quick dispatch and good customer service.

A great supplement that if I remember to take it does help!
The whole Nooroots is great concept and one that I think will go far as it helps people discover what they need to help themselves.

I have noticed I a more relaxed especially at bedtime which helps me to settle and sleep better than I did previously.

This is my second review with Nooroots - i've tried a second round of capsules with different ingredients via their beta program. These products were recieved for free and should therefore be taken into account during this review.

I previously sampled Nooroot's [Ashwagandha + Lions mane] supplements and noted that i personally didn't experience much of a difference. I continued taking those post review, but still had some left over when my second parcel arrived. I wondered if perhaps it was a dosing issue, so i reached out to the team who were wonderful in suggesting a dosage plan! Generally it's advised to not double dose, so after discussing with the team, i tried 2 parts ashwagandha and one parts Lion's mane and Rhodiola rosea to see if i felt any further effects. During the week or so whilst i used up my remaining first packet of capsules, i noticed i was more steadfast in nicher things like gaming. I'm prone to getting frustrated and quitting a game if i'm struggling, but i found myself being able to force myself through more difficult stages and achevements, so i was pleased! This only really became apparent during moments where i had to stay focused for prolonged periods of time, i didn't particularly notice anything in my day-to-day life otherwise, but it's important to note that it may indeed be a dosing issue for some people who struggle with feeling the effects over a prolonged period of time. Once i ran out and was solely back to the rose supplements, i no longer felt the effect.

The packaging and capsule shedding have not changed since my prior review so i can't add anything there, but i will say that if someone purchases the [Ashwagandha + Rhodiola Rose] supplement in the future, be aware that as the capsule dissolves in your stomach, it does leave an uncomfortable taste. Any hiccup, burp, acid reflux, will taste like flowers! I found it incredibly amusing at first but it progressively had me feeling a little nauseous, so perhaps avoid this one if that would make you feel uncomfortable.

I read some reviews here to recall if i shared any side effects, and i did notice another user mention weight gain. I have experienced similar, but it's hard to distinctly say if that's due to the supplements effecting the brain and making you crave food more, or just an unrelated issue that presented itself alongside the supplement without direct causation (i'm drawn to say the latter, but i'll mention it just in case.)

some final notes:
- you can't definitively say this product works or not for you without sampling first. after some research it seems they allow refunds for unsatisfied customers, so perhaps that's a good reason to try!
- give me a nooroot protien powder! /s

I was lucky enough to receive the Ashwagandha Rhodiola Rosea supplement to try and give my honest feedback. I have ADHD and have previously used stimulant medication. I’d like to preface my review by saying that I am in no way recommending this supplement instead of prescribed medication and I’m not saying it will work for everyone with ADHD, but it did really help with my own personal symptoms. After a week or so, I felt calmer. My head was quieter. I noticed that my resting pulse was slightly lower than normal too. I had never used ashwaganda before trying this supplement, and I had been a little dubious about trying it, but receiving this for free allowed me to give it a go. My sleep has been better and I’ve felt less like a cat on a hot tin roof!
The packaging is lovely, the capsules are an easy size to swallow and there’s no off-putting smell or taste. I have really enjoyed trying this product and I’m very impressed with Nooroots as a company. Their communication and support throughout, including raising awareness of possible side effects, when to stop taking the supplement (i.e. in the case of certain side effects), and just to check-in and see how I was doing - I really appreciated it! I would definitely consider purchasing the supplement after trialling it, and I wouldn’t hesitate to purchase from Nooroots. Thank you!

I received the Ashwagandha Rhodiola Rosea as free trial. Honestly the difference is unbelievable. Within a week, i.was sleeping alot better, I was waking up alot more focused rather than things been really fuzzy. My mental state I felt less anxious and depressed. The packaging was ideal, just perfect size for my handbag.

Wow it really made a difference to me. I'm on a load of pain medication after a couple of weeks on these I feel more energetic and not needing to sleep all the time. Also felt relief with my anxiety. I definitely recommend these to anyone

Fantastic product,
Took 2 a day of the ashwaganda tablets and really noticed a difference.
In the space of a week I was already noticing the difference. My concentration and clarity was stronger and I was able to focus a lot more at work doing projects. I also found I was able to handle stressful situations a lot more easier. Overall I felt a lot calmer which only increased the more I took the tablets.
Packaging is super handy as it was slim and easy to take around in my bag. the packaging does get abit tatty and I was unsure if it would last the full serving but it did.
Would repurchase and I’m super happy with my results.

Personally I did nit notice much difference after 8 weeks , but I know it can sometimes take longer to notice improvements with supplements, so I woukd still take them for a while longer
