I really live the Nooroots Ashwagandha capsules…started taking these I’m happy so far. I’ve noticed that I haven’t been feeling as anxious as I usually do & I'm also sleeping better. I also take them to improve muscle strength!

I feel calmer in situations that would normally stress me out, and my focus has improved — it’s easier to get through tasks without my mind wandering. I also feel like I have a bit more energy in the afternoons, which is usually when I hit a slump.
It’s not an overnight miracle — the effects crept in gradually — but now that I’ve been consistent, I can see the difference. On the downside, I’ve heard it’s not suitable for everyone, so it’s worth checking first if you have any health conditions.

I took Nooroots Ashwagandha and Rhodiola Rosea from this company.thr capsules came nice packed and looked good quality.it was easy to take and initially it cause me slight upset stomach but i carried on taking it and it settled down in day or two.i have two kids under 3 so ireally need good stress free mind it makes me sleep deep and wake up not tired.i feel more energetic and i can work better i feel more calmer and i can play with my kids without getting tired.i ll definitely keep taking it

I have bought supplements from this company I recently tried the ashes Ganda and lions mane and received good results and wanted to try their new product ashwaganda and rhodiola rosea and which also gave more many benefits such as sharp brain focus and less brain fogging and would recommend to my peers who have these problems. Nooroots have cleared my problems!!!

A quality supplement with recyclable packaging. With in a week I noticed a deeper sleep for longer hours, minimal difference to brain fog. I felt a lot calmer in my mood and found it easier to relax.

Effective and helps me relax
I took Nooroots Ashwagandha and Rhodiola Rosea in the evenings to help relax me and aid sleep as I'm a rough sleeper. Within 7 days of use I definitely noticed a difference - I felt more relaxed and chilled all round. The capsules were easy to take and there wasn't any unpleasant aftertaste. I have definitely noticed an increase of energy since using these. I highly recommend these capsules for their quality ingredients and Nooroots are a brand you can trust.

Great suplements
I have been taking the suplements from the past month and they really been helped me. Going through a hard period of time they made me feel more relaxed and focused throughout the day. The sleeping has improved and I woke up more relaxed and my anxiety is under control. I love the fact that they are small and easy to swallow.

Lovely little capsules
I have been taking them for a couple of months now and I think they are actually helping me with my energy levels but mainly I have noticed I am a lot calmer than I used to be. I used to stress about every little thing but know I'm able to think things through before making a decision. I think ashwaganda and rhodiola rosea capsules are definitely worth taking.

We did send out an email in the first week with some guidance in case anyone experienced side effects. Some customers have found that splitting the dose, or taking it with food and plenty of water, can make a difference. That said, just to reassure anyone else reading — if side effects occur, we always recommend stopping the supplement entirely. And if you were a paying customer, we’d offer a full refund.
