Worst online shopping experience
I do a lot of online shopping, and this is the worst place I’ve dealt with. They can’t be reached by phone, they don’t return calls, it takes days to get a response via email, and they’re even unhelpful on messenger. The return feature on their site doesn’t work. I’ve bought many items, and trying to return one shirt has been impossible. Still waiting for them to reply on one of the three venues I’ve reached out to them on…

Cannot get refund after 1 month , no response from NOLIYOGA anymore
Similar to the previous review, I have been dealing with them for 1 month. The order was lost in transit , they offered to do redelivery and I was told to wait 1-2 business days for it. It never came. It has been 1 week from then, I asked for a refund. They are totally not replying anymore. Recently, there are many great discounts from this brand but honestly, there is no point in giving great discounts like 50% if you cannot deliver your goods to your customers.

Do not buy from these scammers. They will NEVER RETURN YOUR MONEY if product doesn't work. I have been dealing with them for over 2 months, and still have not seen my refund. Watch them replying to this honest review by saying - please contact us. THERE IS NO WAY to contact them, because they will never answer their phone or return emails. This company is a total fraud and I am currently working o reporting them.

a refund of less than I paid was given. If it is not a restocking fee why is my refund less than I paid for the products?
Wanted to love the product. Did not like the fit and had to return it. Buyer beware if you are not in the States. You pay to return it, you pay a fee for them to restock it and then you get hit with clearance fees that they are not transparent about. What online company does not clear their own products. I'm ten days in and still no refund, although the cost of just simply ordering my items has now skyrocketed due to all their hidden fees. Will never order from this site again.

failed to issue a refund
I made a purchase for my wife for Christmas. I returned all the items using the return label provided by Noli, following the directions provided by Noli. All items were retuned in the same condition as received with tags still attached in the original packaging, because she did not like the style.
According to the tracking info that Noli provided the Package was delivered on 01/10/2023. No refund was ever issued back to my credit card. I have included all the tracking Info below.

Disappointed and will not be a returning customer
I don’t intend to make a purchase from Noli Yoga in the future.
I reside in Canada and was hit with duties that the company wasn’t transparent about. It was also a big hassle to do a return as their sizing was incredibly off. Finally, the liquid leggings that Noli yoga sells is poor quality. The waist rolls down all the time and stretches out after 2 wears, not even washed yet. At over $100 CAD, definitely not worth the money.
I have placed several orders with other retailers in the US selling activewear and great quality, offering easy prepaid returns and with pricing at half the cost of what Noli Yoga charges.

After my review, I followed up with Noli Yoga. Although disappointed in the product received, I was provided with a full refund. I appreciated the resolution.

So… the ONLY WAY you can get an answer from this horrible company is by writing a review.
STILL dealing with this since last summer …. They are such liars.
You write your horrible experience on here and then they reply immediately saying they are contacting you to resolve, and when they contact you via email to resolve, they don’t answer you back.
They LIED to me YET AGAIN…. Told me they issued a refund but I paid on PayPal and if a refund gets issued, I get an email from PayPal saying “you got a refund”.
Also logged into PayPal / no refund.
I’m so glad 135 people saw my reviews about this horrible company.
Hopefully this company lost (135) people’s business

——- update on their reply to me: They answer emails only when you write a poor review. I no longer care about the refund. I’m never going to receive it. They claim they sent a refund but I paid with PayPal and if a refund was issued, PayPal sends a note saying “a refund is on its way”.
I also called PayPal and they have no record of this store issuing me a refund.
Do not do business with these people. They don’t even answer their phones at Noli. Some “cust svs” sept.

leggings didn't look shiny, they looked like leather. Not something I would wear to the gym. Also a bit tight on the waist but looser on the butt and upper leg.
Not for me at all.

Good quality materials and very unique styles
I really love Noli Yoga, the fabric feels good, they use good quality materials, they feel like part of you, very stretchy, and they really look good, very unique styles and colors. I always get compliments on my workwear outfits. My only down side was with one of the tops, the mystique bra, which didn’t fit right, it was a bit wide on front and back, the shape wasn’t just right, the straps are too wide apart so it hurts a little in my under arms, this didn’t happen with the rest of my tops, although the shiny hologram look of the fabric is so pretty!!! I highly recommend getting Noli Yoga!! You won’t regret it
