Noli Yoga 

Not all items arrived. ZERO customer service. Items that did arrive were wrinkled and pilled. Sewing has loose threads and no branding. I believe they are now reselling cheap leggings under this boutique brand. Fakes.

I needed to return merchandise, wanted to speak with alive person, called 3 times during one week and was leaving messages, asking them to call me back. No body calling back to customers. This is on line store and customers need a qualify recommendations, but there is no way to get in touch with representative. You are on your own when placing orders for some thing what you never wore before. The best part that company not saying about return charges. if you want to return merchandise get ready to pay for shipment and money what you pay not going back to your original payment, The Noli shop credited to your Noli account, so they force you to buy again from them, without you know what you are buying. SHAME ON YOU NOLI.

I purchased my first order of a pair of pants and a sweater, and the order was never delivered. I contacted customer service and the response was that I needed to follow up and take care of it if I didn’t buy insurance. I will never buy again. They don’t take care of new customers

Beware!!! Shocking customer service. I will now have to get the bank involved as I sent a pair of cargos back as they were soo big. Nothing like the sizing advertised and I even purchased another pair n a smaller size in the interim while waiting for my return to be processed. Low and behold they now claim that they DO NOT OFFER INTERNATIONAL RETURNSHAD AND CLAIM THAT THEY HAVE NOT RECEIVED THE ITEM RETUNRED BACK. MMMMM extremely suspicious of this claim as they were sent back "return to sender" and I paid International Shipping rates to ensure that the goods were received by Noli. After reading all of the reviews I can honestly say that they are a dishonest company who does not pride themselves on Customer Service.
SHAME ON YOU....So many friends have asked where I got the lovely cargos from......ummm my response Do not deal with Noli they are CROOKS.

Order same satin cargo pants but in a different color, way too small, doesn’t make sense in the sizing from my previous order. Because they were on sale, 50% off won’t exchange them for a bigger size! No one answers at customer service.This is my 4th order, never again.

I have been a customer of Noli Yoga for a while and have made many purchases. Never had any issues.
Until my last order, I placed the order over two weeks ago and it has not been shipped
I did receive a shipping confirmation, however the order was never shipped
I would not recommend buying from them because they don’t seem to be the same company maybe new owners.

Honestly dishonesty !
I have never seen anything like it. I ordered two pairs of pants at a regular price tried to return before they went on sale within the return time. They would not allow it. One was not even on sale .,, called no response wrote… no response cheap clothing as well stay away!!!

Horrible. First the product - terrible quality. Price should be 10x less than what they charge. I bought a matching black track suit and the white lining for the top was a different shade a white than the matching bottom. Want to try to return something? Good luck. You will not receive a refund. I’m still waiting for $300.

Boo boo Noli - do not support them.

I purchased from The Noli Shop twice. both times I received the wrong item. Customer service is horrible and it took over a month to get the return set up and the correct item. The 2nd time, is worse. Still waiting to hear from them about sending the ordered item or crediting my account

Horrible. First time I ordered it was fine. Second time it took over two months. They kept telling me it would be sent “soon”. Finally when they did deliver I only received 2 out of the 3 items. But the worst part was the email showed all 3 were delivered. It was a nightmare trying to reach them. They finally got back to be after I threatened to go to my bank. They do not EVER respond to their customer service number. Emails go unanswered unless you keep sending. STAY AWAY. I think the only part of their business they do well is advertising all over Instagram.

I ordered a set of pants, bra and top a month ago. I received today the pants. The order has the bra and top crossed out. I wonder what that means. This might be my last order from this company.

STEER CLEAR!!! Very bad customer service. I HAD TO GET PAYPAL INVOLVED. THE NOLI SHOP NEVER SENT MY ORDER SO I INITIATED A COMPLAINT VIA PAYPAL. THAT WAS THE ONLY WAY I COULD GET THE NOLI SHOP TO RESPOND. MY ORDER WAS FINALLY SHIPPED. GUESS WHAT?….THEY DIDNT SEND MY COMPLETE ORDER. I WILL NEVER ORDER FROM THEM AGAIN….

I ordered sport bra and leggings and only NOLI company sent me the leggings and no bra. But they charged for 2 items and I tried calling me, emailing them and no answer. I don't recommend this company !

I wouldn't even give 1 star. This experience has been the worst. My order was not sent out for 1 week then it sat in Miami for 3 weeks needless to say not only did it not arrive for a birthday the order was not complete.
I will never order again from this company and will dispute 150.00.

I bought 4 items for my granddaughters for Christmas at the beginning of November. I have never received any of them. I have contacted the company multiple times through email and phone. They are very hard to get a hold of and get a truthful response. I spent over $250 and have no product and no return of money! Do not buy from them unless you want to waste your money and have a lot of stress!

Ordered on December 4th it’s now the 21st. It’s shown pending in Miami since the 5th. This was to be my holiday ensemble.

NOT.
ACCEPTABLE.

Very Disenchanted

Super disappointed with the lack of customer service. I ordered my item December 12th and it still must not have shipped as the only tracking I have is showing pending acceptance in Miami. Today is the 20th, this is a Christmas gift and it’s clear it isn’t coming anytime soon. Two left voicemails and two emails with zero response. I’ve liked my past pieces I’ve ordered and did not have this issue. All I’m asking is some form of communication which is the least a company can provide if they are severely behind with their shipping. At this point I will not be ordering for from them again. Such a bummer.

I did not like the product when I receive it. So I had to make a return. After reading all the negative reviews about some claiming not receiving a refund I kind of panicked. I quickly send them an email with an attachment of the return label on a Friday of the same week I made the return and the next Monday I receive the refund. Those that may not have receive their refund I wonder why they make such claims unless you’re not following instructions. Four starts for the quick refund. A minus start for not loving the product. But I got my money back soon after I made the return.

As others have mentioned, super slow shipping. Label was created three weeks ago and now nothing. I have left voicemails and never receive a call back. If I send an email, I get the same generic response each time. Submitting a case through my credit card to try and get my money back.
