I have to admit when I first signed up I had my doubts. However this program did more than save my life, it saved my soul. It takes commitment and a willingness to change.
Before the program I was self sabotaging myself at work, not sleeping, and had no confidence in myself. Now I am a happy with myself and succeeding and enjoying life. Coach Mike and Doreen are have developed a solid program that works!

I’m writing this review to express my gratitude and to give feedback to anyone who might be looking into joining in this program.
I suffered from anxiety for 20 years...I wasn’t really living...just surviving. I was at my worst when I found this program. I was really skeptical at first as nothing had helped me and I’ve tried EVERYTHING!!
I reluctantly signed up to this program at first because I had tried so many things in the passed that had failed. I’m here to say I am so glad I took that leap of faith! My life has transformed and continues to get better and better!!

This program was definitely worth the $$'s and time. I will be going back to review the content. It helped me figure out the outcomes I was getting and where it was coming from. To say this program does work is an understatement. I was weak and broken- full of anxiety- did not think my life could get any worse. However I was introduced to THE ANXIETY FREE program and it changed my life around. Trust my when I say Coach Mike and Coach Doreen make certain that you CAN and WILL change for the better. It takes motivation and ambition...but if you have the WILL and DESIRE to do so- this is the right place to be!!!

I enrolled my 12-year-old son in Mike's program to help him overcome anxiety and get a boost of confidence. Coach Mike was really great with him and I have seen a huge improvement in his attitude about school and baseball. The tools my son learned in this program will serve him throughout the rest of his life. My only reason for 4-stars is since the program is aimed at adults some of the recordings my son couldn't relate to. Coach Mike did help my son relate to the concepts very well in the one-on-one sessions. Really if you are struggling with anxiety, depression or overwhelm, don't hesitate to do this program. It will be life-changing.

Best life changing coaching program out there!!!! Gets you past your stuck points emotionally that are blocking you from your success in life. This program will change your life! As a small business owner, I was overwhelmed and consumed by anxiety that was affecting my business. The 8 week program eliminated the anxiety and overwhelm that I was experiencing and provided long term techniques to ensure that it doesn't return. The program was so effective, I enrolled in their other program to take the skills that I learned in the 8 week program to continue my growth in other areas of my life and business.

The program gives a practical approach to manage stress and overwhelm. The combination of lessons and coaching is a good mix to get people past their stuck points. It is a recipe that can be used long beyond the program itself to manage the ups and downs of life and the techniques will change your approach to everything. The changes build over time but are very effective. I used these techniques to change many aspects of my life successfully ( relationships, career) and am glad I did it!
