When I first heard about this program, I was honestly skeptical. I was taking numerous prescriptions for anxiety, depression, and ADHD, and had seen multiple therapists and psychologists. I had tried everything. Some days were better than others, but as a whole, I didn’t think I’d ever be out from under those storm clouds, and I didn’t really believe that someone could help me in any significant way.

I was wrong. Through this program, I learned methods to overcome the suffering I’d been living with for decades, and truly changed my reality. Coach Mike, Doreen, and the rest of the team are absolutely wonderful. They were there every step of the way to hold me accountable and pull me back up when things would get difficult, help me to understand things I was struggling with, and support me and cheer me on when I’d have successes. They actually understand, and they actually care.

I no longer take any prescriptions. I no longer see any therapists. I’m consistently happier and more at peace than I’ve ever been. I still have some tough moments/days, as anyone does, but thanks to what I learned here, I’m equipped to handle them and continue living my best life.

It’s been a few years since I worked with Mike and Doreen and I still gain insight and success through the process they teach on a daily basis. Even though I’ve graduated from the program, they are there for support. I recommend this program for everyone.

My Mind went crazy…

and i didnt know what to do. blacking out while almost driving into a building. coming to…drooling…feeling like i had a heart attack…and on my way to think ‘this is how it ends? I needed a change. I was looking for help with my test anxiety for a major exam that will help my career, and I happen to chance upon No Limits Nation. I was part of the newsletter for months and during a low point decided to take the plunge and set-up the free consultation. I got lucky I spoke with Coach Mike, and in our conversation it was clear their approach will be different. It seemed so simple to train your mind by the technique they will train you with. I wish everybody knew this because anyone can do it.
As Coach Mike and the others have said, their method is like meditation x1000 better. It's not simply just distracting yourself with the breath so you forget your anxiety. If we exercise our body towards a goal, why not the brain as well?
I am forever thankful to coach Mike for teaching me this method. I'm not saying I don't have anxiety now, I still do (in fact, my exam is near), but I have a method I can use to stop the anxiety faster and focus on my goal.

I’ve struggled with anxiety and panic attacks most of my life. I have been into self-help for many years. I have learned many tools over the years and this tool of “Acceptance” is a game-changer that Mike and
Doreen teach. When those thoughts of resistance creep up in the middle of the night, using this particular tool (and many others they offer in the program), has helped me immensely. They go above and beyond of what is expected of them and really care about their clients. The weekly coaching calls and Q&A sessions do not end until everyone’s questions have been answered to the fullest. They don’t make you feel that you are bothering them with “petty” questions or issues throughout the week, and actually encourage you to contact them if you get stuck and they walk and talk you through it and help you get on track again.
