Exceptional Service from 'No Ketchup' in Italy!
We had an incredible experience with No Ketchup—their deep local knowledge led us to unforgettable tours and hidden gems. The English-speaking drivers were punctual and professional, and the tour guides were not only knowledgeable but also fantastic with our kids. Communication was top-notch, with friendly daily updates on driver details, pickup locations, and helpful responses to our last-minute requests. Everything was seamless. Highly recommended for a stress-free, enriching Italian adventure!

We couldn’t fault the care and effort…
We couldn’t fault the care and effort Alessandro and his team put into making our tour a success. Sure there were one or two little glitches but let’s be realistic- this is a travel business. What matters is how the supplier responds to challenges and for this we give Noketchup 5 stars.

Highly recommend!
Bottom line, our 2 week trip to Italy planned with No Ketchup was absolutely seamless. They were a pleasure to work with and would recommend them to anyone. This experience has convinced us that using travel agencies like No Ketchup is the best way to plan a longer international trip.
When planning our trip, Othón was receptive to requests, and flexible in providing alternatives. Just prior to our trip, he sent me a detailed itinerary along with our hotel vouchers. During the trip Othón was extremely communicative and responsive via WhatsApp. Each time we were scheduled for an excursion, he sent me the name and contact info for the guide/driver, and each evening after our outing he would check in to ensure everything went well. Each guide we spent time with was knowledgeable, pleasant, and absolutely there for us.

We just returned from our Italy…
We just returned from our Italy honeymoon, and thanks to Othon and the team at No Ketchup - Authentic Italian Experience, it was absolutely beyond anything we could have dreamed of!
Every detail was perfection. Othon took incredible care of us, checking in every evening with updates, tips, and thoughtful details for our next day’s adventures. The activities he arranged were amazing—every guide, driver, and experience was outstanding. We felt completely safe, pampered, and genuinely cared for every step of the way.
Travel can sometimes feel stressful or uncertain, but with Othon, it felt effortless. All we had to do was show up and enjoy—it was a once-in-a-lifetime experience, and we are so grateful for the love and attention they poured into every moment of our trip.
