Norwich New Build Snagging Anmeldelser

Highly recommend Rom to carry out a new build snagging survey.

Was very informative and gave extremely helpful advice on how to deal with developers once he’s issued the report and the guidelines they have to follow.

Found numerous snags with one being a leak in the bathroom which could have caused huge issues!

Thank you!

Genuinely the most precise work I have seen. Hours of labour! The report was detailed like it his own home. And very helpful with making sure I understood everything

Thank you so much to rom

I cannot praise Rom enough, the entire process from start to finish was very efficient. Rom is very professional, knowledgeable, friendly, approachable and he really took his time to do an outstanding job, nothing was too much to ask and he pointed out snags that we would have never found ourselves until much later down the line.
I would HIGHLY recommend his services to anyone buying a new build, this was money well spent and definitely worth every penny.

Rom was fantastic from start to finish. After spending hours inspecting the whole property we were given a thorough tour of the house reveling snagging issues we had not noticied ourselves along with advice and guidance about the issues. Within half an hour of Rom leaving we had a full report of the all the snagging issues Rom had identified.

I don't often write reviews but in this instance, I felt compelled to write.
Rom, the snagging inspector conducted a detailed and thorough survey of my new house. The end result was an impressive catalogue of faults and incorrect building features which I would never have spotted or known about. I was immediately drawn by his professionalism and impressed by his expansive knowledge of the building rules and regulations.
On completion of the survey, Rom took me through every item he had noted and photographed for the final report and advised me on how to approach and tackle the on-site building managers with the issues that had been raised.
At the end, I was more than satisfied with his work and thoroughness and would highly recommend him to family and friends who may decide to buy a new home. This was money well spent and a must for anyone who decides to purchase a newly built home.
Thanks Rom. Really impressed with your attention to detail and valuable advice.

Excellent service, highly recommend to anyone buying a new build.

Rom offers us an experienced and professional snagging service with detailed inspections and suggestions. I would probably recommend the service to anyone who need or interested in it.

Very professional. Good value for money found snags in spots I wouldn't even think of looking. Report is easy to read. They even take you around the house afterwards showing you everything explaining how it should be. Gives excellent advice when dealing with site team/customer services. Everything he goes over with you is all in the report afterwards aswell so no need to worrie if you forget.

We asked Rom to complete a survey on a new 3-bed. We were very impressed by his professionalism as well as his knowledge and thoroughness. He spent around 7 hours at the property including an hour's debrief with us at the end. He found issues with materials and workmanship we would never have noticed and has given good advice on how best to approach the developer. We made the right choice in hiring him and if we ever buy another new house, we'll get him back!

Fantastic - this is the first time I have ever had a snagging inspection completed and I am glad I went with Rom. Rom was super professional and provided a great inspection and report. Rom also provided support with how to approach the building companies regarding rectifying concerns.

I would defiantly use Rom again and recommend to anyone purchasing a new home/wanting a snag inspection.

I highly recommend Rom's services. His professionalism and attention to detail are impressive. He was very thorough in identifying even the smallest issues. He communicated his findings clearly and concisely, taking the time to explain the severity of each defect he discovered. I wouldn't have noticed most of the issues by myself. I am extremely satisfied with his services.

Rom was friendly and very professional throughout. He is very thorough in snagging and has identified issues that can be sorted before they become problems for the homeowner. His tips on how to raise issues with the developers is also very helpful. I would definitely recommend snagging with NNBS. All in all, money well spent.

NNBS we’re very through with the house inspection raising well over a hundred snagging issues. A lot were minor but a few serious problems that are being resolved as I post this. Rom spent a good part of the day on our property and at the end of the inspection gave us helpful tips and hints on how to communicate with the building company. I am so pleased that we hired this company as snags we didn’t pick up on we’re revealed and the peace of mind took an immense amount of stress of our shoulders. I highly recommend that you should seriously consider using this company

Excellent service from Ron was very thorough report is very good including pictures meaning builders can see issues

Rom spent the day yesterday snagging my new property. I would have no hesitation in recommending him to anyone with concerns about their new built. Rom was so thorough and did not miss a thing absolute eye for detail It was amazing the tiny but very important things he found that you and I would probably not even see. Very helpful, polite and very knowledgable . So very pleased.

Rom was fantastic to work with. Really responsive, incredibly thorough, and with such an impressive eye for detail! His report caught so many things I’d never have noticed in a hundred years, and he noted down every instance where the builders needed to better adhere to legal and NHBC regulations. I’d you’re buying a new build, I highly, highly recommend Rom and his company.

Highly recommend Rom to do the snagging report for the new build house. He is very professional and check every details carefully. Also, he is not mind to share the knowledge and explain what the defect is according to NHBC standard. Really appreciate it.

Very professional job and well recommended for anyone moving into a new build property. Rom spotted things I may not even picked up on! 10/10

Rom is good at spotting big and small defects while carrying out the snagging. He also explained (face to face) what the defects were post snagging. Very professional.
Great job Rom.
