Norwich New Build Snagging Anmeldelser

Rom is absolutely amazing at what he does! From the first email to the report was outstanding! EVERYTHING was checked and EVERYTHING was logged. I found around 20 snags.. Rom found 124!!
If you are thinking of getting a snagger in then don't hesitate to get Rom in to do it! Definitely 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

I would highly recommend Rom and his services to anyone who has recently purchased a new build property or intends to do so. Rom explained the snagging process clearly and gave excellent advice following his survey including a detailed report with pictures. My partner and I needed a survey at quite short notice and Rom was incredibly accommodating. I am so glad that we had the survey done as Rom reported on issues that we never would have been able to identify ourselves.

Rom from Norwich New Build Snagging was absolutely fantastic. He spent a full day checking over our 4-bed and was incredibly thorough. Although our build was pretty good, lots of things were found that we would never have known about and would have caused problems in the future.

The report was very clear and delivered the same evening. This allowed us to get everything off to the developer well before they return for their 7-day visit.

Rom's advice was spot on. We want to be nice to the developers so he helped with letting us know which items were important to get fixed and which were our choice to ignore if they didn't bother us.

Moving house was incredibly stressful for us. We are so glad we found Rom and recommend him without hesitation

Rom is well experienced, knowledgeable person, very friendly, patient, dedicated approachable and polite. I am really happy with the report.

Rom provided a very thorough inspection and walkthrough with an excellent report (provided the same afternoon) detailing with photographs all of the snags, together with the exact NHBC standards breached for leverage when reporting to the developer.

Some of the snags found if left unrectified could cause serious issues further down the line and I would never have noticed these myself, e.g. water leaking behind the bath panel and missing/blocked weep holes.

Rom also explained best practice for reporting the snags and how to maintain relations with the site team, with a recap email detailing this advice provided afterwards which I will be keeping to hand.

The service was really friendly and professional, I would definitely recommend Rom for a new build inspection.

Highly recommend Rom and his services if you’re purchasing or have purchased a new property. Moving home is very stressful and having the added pressure of checking your property is one that nobody needs- this is for the professionals! Rom’s high experience and clear explanation immediately put me at ease, his attention to detail is nothing you’ve seen before. Thank you Rom!

Highly, highly recommend Rom at Norwich New Build Snagging. He was punctual, very thorough, and exceptionally knowledgeable.

Once Rom completed the survey, and he went around each location with us, showing his findings, explaining the issue, why it's an issue, and how it should be rectified by the on-site team. All issues are backed up with photo evidence highlighting the area of concern.

Incase of the on-site team potentially pushing back on some of the issues, he provides quotes from NHBC stating what the level of standard is required, giving us the ammo we need if needed.

Once Rom completed our walk through, he promised our report within a couple of hours, and as promised, we received within the timeframe... He also offers assistance with further questions or issues from/with the on-site team to ensure no foul play on their behalf.

All in all, we can not fault Rom and would happily recommend him to anyone we know.

Rom was amazing from start to finish. He was very quiet you wouldn't know he was there. He was there from morning to afternoon very meticulous, and thorough. when he finished inspecting he went through everything. He was very clear, and explains everything really well. I would definitely recommend.

Could not recommend Norwich New Build Snagging enough. We hired Rom after reading his glowing recommendations and they really are accurate. Rom was extremely thorough, paying attention to every aspect of home from floor to roof. At the end he did a whole walkthrough and explained what he had found in great detail, what that meant and what would need to be done to fix it. He was extremely professional and such a lovely guy. Well worth every penny we paid!

Honest, thorough and very knowledgeable. Would highly recommend using this co if you are about to buy or have just bought a new build property to save you thousands after the two year warranty is up!

Rom carried out a thorough inspection of our new build home. He walked us through the report at the end and showed us how to get the best from the site team. Professional and great response time via email etc, answered any questions. Highly recommend.

Had Rom round to snag our new build, we are first time buyers and we’re 50/50 about getting a report done but so glad we did. Rom was so thorough and helpful. Put all the snags in an easy to read report (which can be sent to the developer) and also gave top advice on how to work with the site to get the issues rectified. Wouldn’t think twice about using him again.

Excellent service from start to finish. Rom was friendly, professional and very thorough and provided us with a full report the same day. Would highly recommend.

Rom at Norwich New Build Snagging did an amazing job today snagging the new build on which we have just completed.
Rom has an immense knowledge of building and regulations.
He identified 154 issues, most which we did not spot when we did a pre completion snag ourselves.
Rom walked us through all of the issues, the repercussions of them and explained what would need to be done to rectify them.
Many issues are minor but several are more serious and require remedial action.
The same day Rom sent us the the highly detailed report with evidential photos and legislation.
We highly recommend anyone buying a new build property to contact Rom.
It was worth every penny to ensure our home is of a safe and satisfactory standard.
Thank you Rom!

He was professional, extremely knowledgeable, thorough, and helpful. He also very kindly adapted to my schedule and worked around my time constraints.
I learned so much from him and was very grateful for his expertise. I also was amazed at how fast he provided his report, which was thorough.
I would strongly recommend him to anyone buying a new home in Norfolk!

We're so glad we used Rom when we bought our new house. He is so thorough and found important issues that we never would have been aware of ourselves until they would have become an issue down the line, so a big thank you from us. He is also so accommodating with trying to fit us into his busy schedule, and all the after-advice provided is brilliant. Thanks Rom

Having brought a new house because of mixed reviews of the builder. I wanted to get it professionally snagged.
Having chosen Norwich New Build Snaggong I could not have been in safer hands , Rom was both very knowledgeable and mertitulos .
He discovered issues thatI wouldn’t even have known about and put them all in an easy to understand report.
Best of all put both of our minds at rest by informing us both that the house had no major faults .
Worth every penny after all most people would not buy a new car without test driving it . Why buy a new house without having it professionally snagged .

If you are considering having professional snagging done for your new build then I would highly recommend Rom at Norwich New Build Snagging! My husband and I were beyond impressed with the time, care and attention to detail of Rom's work. Rom also walked around the entire house with us, giving his advice on the most important issues to raise and how best to go about this. We also received our full report about an hour after he left our house which was great! Thanks so much Rom!

Rom does his snagging in a very professional way. His work is very detail and efficient. Besides, he also gives us very useful and sincere advice as well as NHBS knowledge. It is my lucky to find him to do the snagging report, which greatly reduce our work. My husband and I just come from Hong Kong and don't have too much knowledge for UK new build but he explains everything clearly to us. I'm sure will refer him to any new build owner. My husband and I really appreciate his work and would like to say thank you to him.

After booking Rom, I had to change the date half a dozen times because of delays buying our new home, he was fantastically patient and understanding. Once on site he worked diligently throughout the day, we forgot he was there as we got on with unpacking. He walked us through his report at the end of the day and explained in detail all the issues he’d found and what needed doing to fix them. He gave good advice on how to approach the developers and provided the full report and supporting documents within an hour of leaving us.
I would highly recommend Rom to anyone buying a new home. He was born for the job, polite, patient, clear in his explanation, diligent and very professional in his approach.
