Currency arrived on time very good service.

Easy transaction and best rate available at the time. Home delivery option was chosen but the money arrived 2 days before the date specified on the order! Unfortunately there was no-one in when the money arrived so we had to trail down to the local post collection point. other than that small hiccup everything was fine and will use NM Money again in the future

Attempted to "click and collect" online in Leeds, registered ok, filled out the money details, my bank authorised the transaction, on returning to the online transaction it was rejected by NM Money so I contacted the chat line and after explaining the issue I was put on hold, "bear with me" was the comment. Nine minutes later the chat auto stopped! Logged in again to restart chat, same operator, I explained my time constraints and was asked to provide some info, on returning to the website the auto close had again shut me down. Not a great online experience.
Fortunately I was able to visit the Leeds Merrion Branch today where the operative was extremely helpful - so 5 stars to the branch operative in Leeds Merrion.

NM Money Eastbourne... GOLD standard. I came in for some money for my trip in november. There was no queue and the cashier was so nice and helpful! She explained everything so clearly, counted my money back to me and was nice and quick. Made it all very easy and I was very impressed to see that she was working alone! A lot of responsibility. Well done Savannah in Eastbourne!!!

I visited the Harrow Branch St Ann’s Shopping Centre today, Wed 14th Dec and was served by Mukund. Excellent service, so pleasant and polite. Highly recommend and very good currency exchange rates.

Exchanged money in their Derby branch recently. I was told that I would be able to use their 'Buy Back Guarantee' scheme when returning from my trip without any explanation of the service. It was only when I got home that I realised what this involved and that there was an additional cost added to my transaction for this service. I had no intention of returning money anyway so went back the following day and explained. After a few discussions amongst the team I got a refund for the service, which was clearly mis-sold to me.

bort my euros on line got the best rate around, picked them up from the shop in the white rose, the only way the experience could have been any better, is if i had got my euros for free. the Girl in the shop was a pleasures to talk to.

I am very disappointed with this card and now closing the account. I had Swiss Frances and Euro's on my card. Recently added Turkish Lira.
I have many problems getting on the internet to view the account and had to install a different web browser to do so. Trying to use the card in Turkey was a nightmare. Being charged at ATM's and some establishments refused to except it.

Bought my euros in bury store BL9....Lauren was patient,helpful and ensured we were well looked after. Would use this travel shop again.

RIPOFF merchant. I checked rates on their website, small print said 'RATES IN BRANCH MAY DIFFER' is a misrepresentation, a reasonable assumption I made was ok, so I wont get £73.74 pence quoted online for my $100 MIGHT GET £70. Got to the branch and the amount I was given is £62. Thats a significant amount difference. so your website should state "RATES IN BRANCH ARE SIGNIFICUNTLY HIGHER". You wasted my time, journey and money. I will be approaching trading standards. If you are unable to conduct business without being underhanded, you should shut down. When I complained to the agent in branch, she said I will put you in £1000 prize draw. I told her no thanks, wont be doing business with NM Money again. On top of that they have the audacity to say they are here to save you money. HAHAHAHA what a joke.

Had an order to collect in fareham a couple of months ago but when i went to the shop it was closed and I couldn’t get the money. The next day I went back to the shop at half 9 before they were open and a lady called Charlotte told me there were staff shortages which is why I couldn’t get my money. She went into the shop and served me my order before she had even opened up, 10/10 service thank you

the customer service i received from Mukund at the Brent cross branch was second to none. He was so helpful took his time to make sure i had everything i needed and that i was satisfied. I would like to say a very big thank you for literally being legengery in his work.

The girl working there, sundus, was really helpful and friendly! I took up quite a bit of her time but she answered all the questions and help with any confusion I had.

I searched online for the best rates for purchasing and collecting travel money. NM Money came top. After checking Trustpilot and finding mostly positive experiences and reviews, and then looking to see if there was a branch near me I decided to place my order for both US and Canadian currency.

The ordering process was very easy. I ordered online Wednesday morning with a requested pick up date of Friday. This morning (Thursday) I received an email to say it was already in branch and I could pick it up at any point between now and 7 days from Friday (the date I had ordered it for).

Got to the Bournemouth branch on Old Christchurch Road around 3:30 this afternoon and was greeted by a lovely gentleman who was very helpful. I needed a few more $1 bills for tipping and he helpfully swapped one of my newly acquired $20 bills for them.

Based on my experience with them with their online rates and ordering, and my in store experience, I will very likely use them again for my next foreign transaction, and would have no problem recommending them.

Harrow station rd. I was attended by a very helpful nice gentleman named: Mukund who not only ordered the currency I requested - which arrived the following day - but I made a specific request that the Canadian dollars be in $100 or $50 this instruction was then emailed, and to my delight the funds arrived in my preference of $100. Will highly recommend using this branch due to the professional helpful approach of the staff members.

Checked online to sell Euros. Rate 1.29. My wife went to the Blackburn branch and the rate was 1.39. She didn’t check the exchange rate at that instant. Rang to query when realised at home to be told that you have to secure the rate online before going to the branch. If you go into the branch the rate is vastly poorer. Essentially they have made a few quid out of me today but of course lost a customer for life. 1.39 Euros to the Pound is exorbitant

I ordered money to collect this morning, just had a call to say that the branch will not be opening today! I can collect next week , or have a refund that will take 3-5 days to process. The Norwich branch PLANS to open Monday, I'm going on holiday Tuesday. First and last time of using this service. It's a Saturday and the middle of the school holidays, does it get a busier time than that?!
