Do not use!!

I have sent two email over the last 3 weeks asking to close my account because I have a gambling problem. My emails have been completely ignored and because I have an addiction, I have been able to deposit more money on the site. I will be taken this further. Live chat are useless and just keep telling me to email. However that is clearly not helping! Average experience withdrawal times through bank payments are awful

Good games good payouts.

Played quite a while here now, i withdrew a total of 13.000 euro

I was asked for kyc documents, support was very helpful and understanding

My documents were accepted within 1 hour of me sending them, no hassle no fussing

All withdrawals took less than 48h, in some cases instant to my card

Currently pending to withdraw more as of this morning , will update on how it goes

Overall very good experience across the website from support to withdrawals & games.

I have made 3 withdrawals. 2 of 2000gbp and 1 of 4150.

First 2 have come in account under 72h. 1st one after 48, 2nd after 74h to be more precise.

Now i have left a 4150gbp withdraw left as pending, all went smoothly up until now.

No more kyc was asked or other issues.
Very good experience up till now.

Update 2:
The last withdrawal of 4161 was made on 28 march, got confirmed by them on 2 april at 1pm. Up till today 09/04 2026 i have not recieved funds. Was asked to send bank statement as proof of me not getting the funds initialy been told 3-5 days, after 5-7 and then 7-10 working days.

Good range of games but you’d be better off setting fire to your money. At least that would keep you warm.
Withdrawing is futile - a request for a screenshot of the deposit that has to show your name, the time and amount. If your banking app doesn’t offer this then no chance of getting your withdrawal even with a message from your bank saying as such.

Update: placed a 5 fold bet on 1st April that came in (result). Unfortunately, over 48hrs later and Vibro Bet have still not put the winnings in my account despite every leg being settled as “won”. I contact their customer service, which although advertised as a human is very clearly a robot as it’s the same generic response every time. “It’s in a queue, the relevant team are looking into it.” FOR 48 HOURS?!?!?!?!
