WARNING — STAY AWAY FROM Nivalé

My experience with this company has been absolutely disgraceful. I placed two separate orders totalling over $60 and never received a single item. After taking your money, communication becomes almost non-existent. Emails were ignored, responses were vague and delayed, and there was absolutely no accountability or urgency shown to resolve the issue.

At this stage, the whole experience feels like a scam. A legitimate company does not take customers’ money, fail to deliver products, and then practically disappear when customers ask for updates or refunds.

I have been left frustrated, out of pocket, and completely disappointed by the shocking level of customer service and lack of professionalism. I would strongly recommend people stay away from this company and avoid wasting your money and time like I did.

This company is fraudulent and refuses to give me a refund for the reading glasses I ordered which are dysfunctional and does not enable proper reading at a short or long distance. I have exchanged at least 10 emails with the company and a person named Rose but they keep repeating the same request of filling out a form for a refund and then disappear for a week. It is completely misleading and frustrating to deal with them and I would urge caution to customers who are trying to order reading glasses from this company. Not sure if it's a fraudulent website or mismanagement of the refund process.

I received a pair of eyeglasses from Nivale, and unfortunately, my experience was very disappointing.

The product was advertised as adaptive varifocal lenses, but what I received was a fixed +3.5 vision lens, which is not what I ordered. The glasses were delivered in a very basic, low-quality package rather than a proper protective case.

In addition, the material feels extremely cheap and of very poor quality, far below what was shown in the advertisements.
Overall, the product does not match the description or the expectations set by their marketing. Based on my experience, I would advise others to be cautious when ordering from this company.

If I could rate 0 I would! I ordered the glasses but shipment never fully sent to my address. They responded to my email once with a tracking link again but does not respond any more. My money is lost I’m sure. Definitely a scammer!

Nivale (nivaleshop.com) is considered a high-risk or potentially fraudulent site to avoid.It is a "scam" company, with numerous reviews highlighting issues that suggest a drop-shipping scheme rather than a legitimate, high-quality optician. I received glasses and it is not what they have mentioned in ad. Totally bogas glasses that they send may be 50 cents glasses it is not match with descriptions. This is fraud people do not buy.

This is a fraud company, they send a cheap and only shortsighted glass, not autofocus as the promotional advertising. This is pure scam. You tube should ban this company.

I ordered a pair of their top-of-the-line glasses for €51.90 at Shop, and nothing!! Shop will not refund the money nor Nivele!! Fraud!!!

I keep on emailing them but no reasponce from last 2 weeks !!... SCAM!! FRAUD!!

This website is a scam. Do not buy. They send you the wrong product. Please stay away. No idea how these sites are allowed to operate and how shop allows payments to be processed. Truly shocking!

Despite ordering and receiving product it did not work despite request a return and refund I hear nothing back TOTAL Scam avoid save ur money

Really a scam, I ordered and payed online this last 28th of March still not received,how they can fed their families with this kind of work,well I see all of you in HELL (nivale)

They promised glasses that you can use for reading and watching tv, as the glasses would adapt “automatically” to the different distances. It turns out I can only read; the glasses don’t adapt and it’s impossible to watch TV with them. I paid CHF 31 for plastic reading glasses that would have cost me CHF 5 in any pharmacy nearby.

I would give ZERO stars if I could. Glasses are RUBBISH not multifocal AT ALL. Very blurry except up close 4-6 inches away. Cheap quality. I started my Return/Refund process the same day they were delivered. I got stuck in the craziest communication loop with ROSE, who's got to be an AI customer service agent. Disputing with my credit card company.

Please do not buy...the same cheap glasses are on amazon for £1.27......this is a scam and avoid at all costs....

I ordered and paid £27 for a pair of Vision Sync Multifocal Glasses and also Paid an extra £1.40 for shipping protection. More fool me! They arrived today 22/4. They are of no use whatsoever. There is a sticker placed on one of the plastic lenses +4.00. I thought they were supposed to be multifocal!!. I have tried them on my neighbours and they all laughed and totally agreed with me. I seriously doubt whether they will be of use to anyone. The cheap plastic reminds me of those very cheap pretend plastic glasses you used to be able to buy for children's dressing up play time etc. These plastic glasses are absolute total rubbish. They are not worth keeping at all and from reviews I have read its no use trying to obtain a refund from this company. Sorry to say but there is no better description as there is nothing good to be said about them This company i feel are scammers as you do not receive anything like they advertise nor does the job you or anyone expects from them, except that the shape of the item resembles a pair of cheap and nasty glasses. Do not waste your money on buying this product

Would rate lower if possible, bought glasses. Delivered the wrong colour and quality is rubbish, vision was nil when wearing. Packed to return for refund. Lots of chats with Rose by email but refuse to give me return address so have lost my money, beware they have a return form online but just like them they are a Scam. Shame on them.

I ordered SmartVision AI-Powered Adaptive Glasses on the 9th April 26 and paid £72.
I received a very cheap Glasses wireless Headset instead which I didn’t order and of no use to me.
The Glasses are very cheap and you can’t read or see long distance through them.
I am very disappointed and I have emailed them 3 times since yesterday requesting a return and refund but with no reply. After reading all reviews, I am not expecting a reply or a refund from them. I don’t know what else legal action could be taken to stop this SCAM company from deceiving other customers.

Do not buy from Nivale / NivaleShop. I purchased the "VisionSync Multifocal Glasses" because they heavily marketed their "adaptive technology" for both reading and distance vision. It is a complete scam.
​Here is exactly what you can expect if you order from them:
​Terrible Quality: The frames feel like incredibly cheap, flimsy plastic.
​False Advertising: They do NOT work as multifocal lenses. The reading magnification at the bottom works, but the top half for distance vision is completely foggy, distorted, and unusable. You cannot watch TV or look far away with these.
​AI Chatbot "Support": When you try to return them, an agent named "Rose" (who acts very much like an AI bot) will string you along. She will stall by telling you to "adjust your head angle" and will continuously try to offer you discount codes for a second pair instead of giving you your money back.
​A Fake Return Portal: If you insist on a refund, they force you to fill out an exhausting 8-step return form requiring multiple photos, digital signatures, and IDs. After you submit it all, they promise an answer in "3-5 business days." Instead of a return label, they just ghost you or loop back to trying to sell you more products.
​They intentionally make the return process impossible so you eventually give up. Save your $36 and your sanity. Do not buy from this company.

I received completely different product from what I was order. When I make reclamation the answer was without concrete action. After several requests from my side I received company's discount. But price was still bigger than discount so I pay additional 5$. At the end of story I received order nomber but when I try to track by that no. I received message "Abnormal request (7)". So My shopping was Abnormal at al

Extremely poor quality. My glasses the frame was bent badly. I reported right away and no answer from their customer service. Almost month lately they replied and then it took again over 3 weeks to hear from them again. Now it’s too late to return them and get refund because 30 days return policy is over. Save your money and do not order anything from this company!

Total Fraud and no customer services. BEWARE. I'm filing international CC report right now.
