I had a problem with an order I placed with shinycarts. I sent an email explaining the issue. Kaus took care of it quickly and made me a happy customer. I would have no hesitation ordering from shinycarts given their excellent customer service.

Clearly a scam seller
Clearly a scam seller! dash camera definitely not as advertised smaller screen than shown and not a touch screen also not wire free as rear camera has wire connection. Came from china and took ages. generally cheap rubbish I’m sure they will scam more people as the mis-advertising can only be deliberate and I will have to learn from the experience as I’m sure like other reviewers they won’t “find” my order.
WELL Big surprise got the answer I expected had already contacted them and got no reply the fact that google is still putting up a clearly lying scam advert that beats no relation to the actual product is disappointing and only reflects badly on them

It has been 30 days I still haven't received anything yet. Tried to contact them. They gave me this tracking numberJSECK2051791232YQ. I requested to be refunded. But until today no response. I should have read these reviews. I hope it is not a scam. Even if it is not, it is NOT recommended to order from this Shinycarts.

Do not buy anything from this company…
Do not buy anything from this company they will give you an order number which is not correct or they cannot identify. You will end up losing your money. I had placed an order for a dash cam when I emailed them with a screenshot of the order with the order number they requested to have the full order number when I informed him that that’s all the information they gave me. They never replied back. Do not buy from this company.

I ordered a dashcam, paid for it and it was never shipped. Emailed them and got a reply looking for details of what I had purchased even though I provided all the details in the email I originally sent... An obvious scam like so many others. AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE.
