This is in continuation to the previous review. You offered me a refund when I contacted you after 20 days of the order. And I have denied the refund at that time, as you mentioned that the order would be delivered in the next 5 days. However, I have asked for a refund when I did not receive the order even after more than 40 days and no single communication from your end. You have bluntly refused as there is no refund policy. How can your company's policy be changed within 15 days? There has never been a single communication from your end. You have sent me the package picture after 45 days. That's all. and to add the issue, the products that you have sent are of utmost bad quality. It does not match with what you have showcased on the website. So for me, you are running a scam, a fake website to rob the hard-earned money of individuals.

Pls pls guys DONOT order with Nirbani.
It is a complete fraud site
I had ordered a suit in September and till date I have not received my order
And for the past 20 days i am calling them and messaging for courier details but they haven’t responded with the details

I had ordered 2 suits from them about a month back on checking on 21st October I was told that the products are made on order and it takes 15-20days for it to be dispatched. Upon checking after almost a month they are not reverting to my queries on WhatsApp and their phone line no one picks. Just don't order from them.they are cheats and fraud. Absolutely pathetic customer care. All their reviews are fake so don't get fooled by them.
They abuse you on WhatsApp and threaten you as well.

I am really happy and satisfied w the service provided. I have had requested a kurta set but in a different shade and the team made it happen.
The kurta set received is v beautiful.

Great material and what I received looks similar to what I saw online. The delivery was also fast.

Complete scam. Have placed an order on 27th September 2024. It’s been more than a month there’s no response no tracking details shared and they are cutting my call and texting me back saying “don’t call” complete fraudsters. I am continuously following up with them for my product there isn’t any response. Pathetic customer service. Bloody scammers. Will now file a complain against them in court. I’m a lawyer by profession . If they do not return my money they will definitely be dragged to court for sure. Not at all trust worthy.

As per your reply to my review you say that the tracking details is shared with me however there’s no details shared with me yet and I just received a call from Nirbani from some lady named Shivanshi Singhania , she Said it will be dispatched on Monday my order is packed and kept and it will be dispatched on Monday post Diwali which is 4th of November let’s see it was placed on 27th of September. Dear Nirbani team I’m still awaiting for the tracking details till Monday.

Dont order here. This is fake website for extracting money. There is only 1 lady who responds and if we ask for the order delivery she talks nonsense.

They are fraud people.I placed the order one month ago, I haven’t received it yet..

It's a scam. They announced a giveaway on Instagram. And asked to write good things about them. I wrote and showed them, I had mentioned participate word which they asked me to omit. I knew there was something wrong. I still did and later after submitting the review, the link that they had sent they deleted so that i couldn't omit my review. I had to write this now. I can't believe you guys. If you're doing a business, do it with full sincerity. I used to see your suit sets quite often and decided to buy very soon, now I'm glad I didn't. Seeing all the reviews I'm 100% sure they just wanted some good reviews in the name of giveaway bcz they already had such bad feedback! Buckle up guys! You ain't gonna go anywhere with this sort of dishonesty.
Here's my reply to your reply, firstly are you serious? I asked you to make me the winner??and that's why I participated? Seriously?? Unbelievable!!!

I thought it’s only happening to me but now I know many many women have suffered placing an order with Nirbani and this has been going on since so many years now. My situation is the same as others mentioned in their reviews, first it’s so difficult to expect a response from them, in case you do, customer care people lie constantly about the status or date of delivery. They are rude and after sometime they stop responding to your emails, WhatsApp, calls or Instagram messenger. In my case, I received one out of two suits in about 50 days from the date of delivery, after been promised to receive both suits within 15 days. And today, which is almost 2 months since I placed the order, I have no relevant info about the second suit set, I am only listening different stories, according one customer care person, I should have received it 3-weeks ago but obviously i haven’t. I told them either share the tracking number or refund my money. So now they have stopped taking my calls or responding to my messages. Atleast, some of you were offered refund, for me it looks like I have lost almost 8k for the suit set I didn’t receive.

While going through the reviews, I saw more than 30 reviews here with 1-rating for them and everyone having the exact same experience. I am sure there will be many many more annoyed customers like us, who did not get a chance to share their experience on a public platform. And also looks like that Nirbani people don’t care at all about how we all feel.They don’t care to change their methods / ways to deal with their customers after so many complaints for the same damn issue. It is very obvious that none of us will ever shop with them again but i think it is very important that we prevent new people from not falling into their trap. I would suggest, apart from leaving the rating they deserve here, we all should report them on Instagram and SHUT DOWN their page. They clearly don’t have the competence to run this business. So I request everyone, to please go to Nirbani’s Instagram page and report them as SCAM. Only if many of us will report, Instagram will take some action against them. Otherwise, they will continue to scam more and more people and never learn to treat their customers with the respect, we all deserve.

It's definitely a Scam .
I had ordered a kurta set on the 7th of August and it's been more than a month and I haven't received it.
They lie to you that they have dispatched the order. They even said i will receive my order on the 22nd of september.
When I messaged them they said your order is delayed .
How on earth and you do this to your customers .
"They had the audacity to say that we are not running with your money" . Which they clearly did.
It's really sad that I paid so much and I really don't know what should I do.

I ordered a suit set costing around 7000₹ in March 2024, they seldom reply on Whatapp. They said me order another piece as my order would take months to get ready. Now they never reply and if you talk harshly they would be more harsh. It’s already 6 months and yet haven’t received any order or my refund. Wasted my hard earned money on these scammers. SCAMMERS😡

Ok so they have replied here within same day…..congratulations you guys are improving….. I tried contacting you people till June…….what the hell I will do with your store credits, another six months wait for placing any imaginary item, right….As a matter of shame and legitimacy you should provide me refund…….

My mom had bought a suit from this website n it looked so graceful on her. Best part about them is that in today world where there are so many brand n they charge exorbitantly,this is one brand that has range from 2000 to above. So it caters to all and is just right for any occasion!

I have been fond of ethnic suits since forever and Nirbani is one such brand that i got my eye on since a very long time! I love the collection, the colour coordinated outfits, the detailing of the work is just to die for! Nirbani is subtle, elegant and classy and just my type!

Fraud and scam, i made a prepaid order on 7th July, this lady kept on giving me reasons for delay in order. Today they blocked me and asked me "to go to hell" on whatsapp when i lost my temper. They have blocked my no. , insta handle and not refunding the money. Seems like a scamming business more than apparels. They are not even sharing the tracking ID with me. Just gave me the name of the courier service Trackon and asked me to pick it up from Naraina branch.

If I had the option I would have given negative ratings.My order which costed 7500 was a prepaid order.It has been 55 days since I placed the order.First they said it is taking time I have to wait as it is a handmade product but now they have stopped receiving my calls n messages.My money has drowned. Its a fake site they don't accept COD ,so you have to pay in advance n then you are cheated,I think this is a new way of cheating people.Please please don't fall for them,it's your hard earned money!!

Worst experience ever.! Please don’t buy anything from them.! They only fool innocent customers and never rply.! Once in a blue moon when they rply- they always come up with fake or scripted stories from ther side.! My order nd money both stuck! Legal actions certainly required!

TOTAL FRAUD

I ordered 3 products on 25 May worth Rs. 17000 and after endless calls and messages, they only sent 1.5 products (yes the second suit set came without the pants) by 18 August and for the third product I am still begging them to return my money. Let me not just get started with the quality of products - the average price I paid was more that 5000 per pice but basis quality I wouldn’t even buy it for Rs. 500. The customer care is unbelievably rude - they scream at you and lie incessantly. There is no address mentioned on the delivery package. No founder details. Someone has to stop them from cheating people so upfrontly! Please help in spreading the word.
