I had a terrible experience with Nirbani India after placing an order on 13 Dec 2024, which remains undelivered over 4 months later. Despite repeated follow-ups, they failed to share tracking details and dodged all timelines. Their vague shipping policy doesn't justify the delay or no delivery and they misleadingly copy government consumer helplines (NCH) in emails without offering real support. I've filed a formal complaint with NCH and they have managed to lie in the response to the government as well (since product is still undelivered as of today). I strongly advise others to avoid this brand due to their unprofessionalism and lack of accountability.
PS - i am a first time customer with Nirbani and never had such a terrible experience with any e-commerce player or retailer. They are one of a kind who are not scared of any bad reviews, negative consequences of lying on public forum or government forums.

I have still not received my order, it was placed on March 16.

Entire time they kept on saying next week, and now they don't have put my parcel on hold, no reply at all.

Neither they have given me refund nor the parcel

They are fraud and rude. I placed my order on 23 feb 2025 but I haven’t received it yet and they doesn’t respond on Watsapp and when you call their representative is so rude. They are continuously lying that we have dispatched but they are not providing any tracking details and obviously I haven’t received my parcel because they haven’t dispatched it. I think I have lost money to this scam so please don’t buy from them.. I read other reviews also they are doing this to many customers.

stop following this brand and placing your orders here they just fool you, they have done a fraud with multiple parties . I have placed an order and haven’t received yet it’s been 2 months. Bad experience continuously calling them they are not even picking a single call

This brand is a fraud guys, do not promote such brands over instagram or elsewhere, stop following , they will deliver you maybe one order properly and when you will rely on them they will eat up your money, be cautious

Let’s dive into what u said shall we?
The order was placed on March 5th not March 16 as u mentioned and u mentioned it’s ur utmost priority that u will deliver it on eid and I have receipt and unlike ur team I’m ready to actually upload not just saying will upload the picture and not uploading.
Second issue -the dress is still not delivered and Eid is long gone ,again please upload the receipt showing it’s delivered .
Ur representative was extremely rude and UNRESPONSIVE to messages and used many messages out of context the messages that we texted just asking to send the transit link(which is the bare minimum for any brand)or asking wheather it’ll be delivered before the festival since we are leaving out of state and mentioning that we need it urgently(which anyways you’ll promised to deliver ) (and nothing else!)before Eid in extremely wrong context and blaming it on us saying that because the client said we are going out of state hence they r not sending it on time and using it to blame(which was extremely pointless).
additionally using extremely harsh and unruly words like “you can stay in hell” and “ur people will be like ur people “which triggered the response of the individual on call u can’t expect to be rude to ur client for no reason and expect no response this is a business do it honourably.
Please look out for such brands .

I ordered an outfit on 13 Dec 2024 and I have no delivery yet. The customer services WhatsApp is answered by a lady who mentioned that she will check with dispatch team and asked me to reshare my address of delivery. It has been weeks to the conversation and follow ups - now they/ she have stopped responding completely. Absolutely shameless company - Make In India fraudsters!

this company is a fraud ... do not buy anthing ... purchased 3 dresses worth 13447 .. its february not the dresses are delievered not the money is returned , and blocked my number as well

Good quality, breathable cotton fabric, and best silhouette, loved their service and delivery time as expected

Can I rate a negative? Ordered a kurta set worth Rs. 6200/- in June 2024 and it's February 2025 haven't received it. It's a total scam. The owner was firstly not replying to me then blocked my phone number. When I said I would file an FIR to police, they said "yes please go, we have eaten your money." Total fraud website.

It’s a scam. Totally fake. I ordered 2 pieces worth rs 11000/- but never received them. It’s been five months of continuously calling and texting them. But no response howsoever. Disgusted by such people

Pathetic I wish to give no stars at all , it’s been a year now they been delivering my order , I ordered on June2024 now it’s jan 2025 I haven’t received it

Somebody rightfully said in the previous reviews, that if there was an option to give zero stars, they should be given that.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS FRAUDULENT BRAND - NIRBANI.

It’s a waste of money, in my case - 14k, time (3 months and 4 days to deliver), energy (called and messaged them 30 times atleast, only to get false updates, untrue timelines, and rude responses) and above all else, very high on disappointment (both the suits I ordered were the wrong size, different from what I ordered, poor and I mean really terrible and low quality).

Above all of this, the brand is arrogant, deceitful, RUDE and has zero sense of shame. They conveniently stopped answering calls and responding to messages, and no amount of trying to reach out, led to anything. FOURTEEN THOUSAND BUCKS DOWN THE DRAIN.

This website is fraud. I ordered suit in the September 2024 it's been 5 months now still I didn't receive my suit.first they reply to calls and messages very politely now they are not replying, please don't buy from this site.

Just like countless other people I would also like to add that these people are a scam. I ordered last year in March and didn't receive anything. After three months of fight I was provided with store credit, I redeemed that store credit in october, and it's same story again.
Highly unprofessional and arrogant people, think they are above the law.

I regret ordering from this company. I placed an order three months ago, promised in a week, but it’s still not delivered. They keep delaying, ignore messages, and are rude on calls. They also demand full payment upfront. Don’t make the same mistake I did—avoid them at all costs.

It is a complete scam and fake website . The website will mentally torture you for for months after you make a purchase and you will end up wasting money , time , mental peace following up with them . Every time you will call they will come up with fake stories like - your address was inCorrect , we have already dispatched, the courier service will reach to you , we have emailed you the details etc …. You will be mentally traumatised and give up at the end of the. NIRBANI - total scam has taken 7000 rupees of my money which I ordered from their website on Sep -24 ans I am writing this feedback in January after 5 months of mental abuse from this scammer .

I placed order 30 days back and they haven’t sent me dispatch details till now and kept on giving me excuses. When I confronted them they start acting rude and stop replying to my messages. They are fooling people and it’s a bigger scam. I am going to take legal action against them are fooling people and taking money from us without giving us the product
