Had exactly what I was looking for.
Was looking for a headboard for my revamped bedroom. Kinda struggled to find anything that was not overly expensive. Had trip to Nimbus beds (Cupar) and Lo and behold had numerous for a fantastic price. Even in colour I was looking for.
Wish I was needing a new bed as some really nice ones.

Jason in the Thornton shop could not have been more personable and helpful today. He was very patient as we tried to find something perfect for us and offered some great advice and guidance. I would 100% recommend the company and it's great to be able to support a local business 😁

We ordered a new mattress from Nimbus beds in Thornton. Salesman helpfull explained different mattresses to suit our needs. Delivered as discussed as promised phoned half hour before delivery. Guys were helpful and polite. Would recommend them to family and friends.

First class service from start to finish and would definitely recommend. Very knowledgeable as Matt in the Cupar branch was very professional and knowledgeable and helped me select the right mattress and bed frame as I had no idea what to choose as there was so much choice. They delivered all that they promised. Delivery itself was on time which was under 2 weeks from when ordered. Was kept informed at all times. Highly recommend. Having worked in the bed industry for many years previously myself I find bed shopping frustrating.

100% not the case with todays experience. I visited Des in the Cupar branch. His wealth of knowledge about the products was refreshing to say the least. He’s clearly passionate about matching the correct mattress to your needs (yes one mattress doesn’t fit all). There was no hard sell just factual information about each product. He took his time to obtain feed back after trying each mattress to ensure the correct fit. I’m happy to recommend Nimbus based on my experience with Des he’s a real asset to your brand. I’ll certainly return for our next bed purchase for another room. Thanks!

The service was amazing and the quality of the bed frame and mattress are excellent. We had a bad experience with Dreams, so went here to buy. They could not have been more helpful and understanding. I would recommend anyone to buy a bed from here.

We bought our bed after visiting both the Cupar and Thornton showrooms where all the staff including owner, George and manager, Des could not have been more helpful.
The bed was delivered to us within 2 weeks and was fitted in a very professional manner by cheery staff. The bed itself is great!

We popped in to the shop in Thornton to see the mattresses on display. There was not the usual push towards the expensive end of the market that some of the well known companies try to get you to purchase.

Jason got us to lie on one of the beds & explained how our body curvature should fit into the mattress, another thing we did not get shown from some of the well known companies.

In fact Jason told us there was a great deal on offer for one of the beds that he thought would suit us, which we tried and both liked.
We did not feel pressured in any way to buy.

We ended up buying another bed as well plus an Ottoman base and headboard.

All of the staff including the owner were very friendly & told us all about how the company want to expand and open more places.

We would most certainly tell others about our experience and recommend them to buy from.

First class service from nimbus beds Thornton store, customer service was excellent, Prices excellent , Thank you to Jason and George for having the patience with my jumping back and forward trying to decide what I wanted, the 2 delivery lads Daniel and Louis were absolute sweethearts, I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this company

Really disappointed that a mattress bought under 2 years ago is coming away at the seam.Company not interested,just told its only guaranteed for a year,no consideration taken into account for the life expectancy of a mattress.I have never had a mattress do this they have all done there time with out any problems.

Popped into Nimbus in Cupar to buy two beds. We’re we’re given excellent advice and purchased said beds. We were given a 6 week delivery time. Beds in fact arrived in less than four weeks. We were called to arrange a suitable delivery date and called twice on the day. The delivery men were absolutely charming and so particular and careful. We could not have asked for anything more. Thank you Nimbus.

Excellent service in cupar store salesman talked us through mattresses we tried quite a few in store. No pressure selling just knowledgeable about the products they sell. Bought base, headboard, mattress and pillows quality is the best. Delivery to suit us. Excellent service from ordering to building up bed for us. Best quality bed we've had, highly recommend.
