Great friendly service, very patient with me allowing me to try out as many beds as I wanted until I found the right one. Big bonus that delivery was faster than expected. The delivery guys assembled my base and mattress in my bedroom so no lifting for me either!

Fantastic service friendly staff love the bed and mattress love the pillows only use one now would definitely recommend them n would order again the guys that delivered the bed where great n set it all up in room required n friendly

Just bought my fourth mattress from Nimbus Beds
It’s changed a lot since I was last there but the service hasn’t. I had the pleasure of meeting George at the Thornton shop and he was so enthusiastic and helpful and he knew his beds.
I was sent to Cupar and met Matt again couldn’t do enough for me. I bought a super king size mattress with his help. The old one was taken away making my life stress free and the delivery boys were happy and helpful. Don’t know what you’re doing with your staff George but it’s definetly working. It’s such a pleasure to get great service with a smile these days. Also having a great sleep Well done all 👍

We bought a mattress & pillows from Matt at Cupar store. Great friendly service from start to finish, the delivery boys were also professional & friendly.
The mattress is super comfy! Would definitely recommend Nimbus & will be using them again!

Initially on this visit went to Thornton shop looking for a single bed for my son. Jason was very helpful and told me of one available in the Cupar shop. Trip to Cupar shop and met with Matt and bought bed and collected next day. My son delighted with his new bed.
This was our second purchase having previously bought our custom made super kingsize bed and mattress in Thornton.

Des & the team at thornton were extremely helpful when i noticed a small problem with bed i had purchased rather than send a technician to fix said problem , the bed was replaced ,with no hassle at all, the delivery / installer guys were great , clean & tidy , very happy customer .Will recommend .

Came in knowing exactly what I was going to buy after being told the shop had the stock from another store to find out they didn’t. Thornton store were absolutely amazing in resolving the issue and getting the mattress I needed to take away on the day. Could not praise the staff enough, unfortunately never got their names but two younger men. Well done to you!
