The worse experience I have ever encountered I ordered air max 95 at full price and selected order to store, then confirmation then said going to be delivered to my address, I then contacted the team via chat as phone call system is awful, all agents give awful support like your talking to a robot with little knowledge or with a brain, then to be told they can’t change the order even if it was 2 minutes from making the purchase, I asked to speak with a manager Mohamed who returned my call 2 days later, I explained the issue and he was so unhelpful and rude and said he won’t give me any compensation, my delivery was due Friday 29th may, I took the day off work to be in my address and then get a notification the delivery delayed, called customer service who again useless and so unhelpful it’s like your made to feel bad for asking for something you paid for.

I’ve noticed returns for online Nike orders have become really dodgy lately to the point where I now think twice about buying directly from Nike and consider purchasing their products elsewhere instead.

There seems to be a recurring issue where Nike claims they either haven’t received returned items or that the box arrived empty, even when proof of postage and tracking is provided.
The first time this happened, I returned a pair of Nike Air Force 1 trainers because they were too big. Nike told me the box was empty and said I’d need to take it up with the carrier myself. Unfortunately, I ended up losing around £100 even though they were returned on the same day it was delivered.

The second time, I returned my son’s Jordan jacket because it was too small. Again, Nike claimed they never received it and told me to contact Royal Mail. Royal Mail then told me Nike needed to raise the issue from their side. It turned into a complete headache. After repeatedly chasing Nike almost every day, they finally refunded me but then called it a “goodwill gesture”, despite me having proof the item had been returned.

Now Nike has introduced exchanges online, and sadly I’m dealing with the same issue again. I exchanged my son’s sliders for a different size, and Royal Mail tracking clearly shows the parcel was returned and signed for. Yet again, Nike’s response was: “We haven’t received it.” Even after sending screenshots of the tracking confirmation, I’ve been told it now needs escalating to management.

I love Nike products, but the returns process has seriously gone downhill. Returning items has become stressful and time-consuming, and customers shouldn’t have to fight this hard for refunds or exchanges when they have valid tracking and proof of return. At this point, if you buy directly from Nike, be prepared for a potential mission if anything needs returning.

Bought Nike all my life …. But that’s me done, the trainers they make now are an embarrassment .. £210 for a pair and fall apart at the drop of a hat ……just absolute rubbish . I’m 54 and unfortunately won’t be buying any more from Nike …. Such a shame, they use to be unbeatable.

Horrendous customer experience! I loved Nike but will never buy again. I ordered an item which arrived but the package was empty. Royal Mail advised it was for Nike to refund me or replace the item and make a claim with Royal Mail. Nike refused, it took 7 calls, 4 emails with no progress until I raised it with my bank.. only then did Nike listen! Shame on you Nike, such a huge corporation who clearly do not value their customers and only help when threatened.

I’ve been wearing Nike since I was a kid and stayed loyal to the brand for years because I believed I was paying for quality. But what they’re selling now is honestly embarrassing. I bought a pair of shoes in February, and within just a few months the hard plastic around the ankle started coming off, making the shoes practically unusable.

On top of paying an absurd price for supposedly “premium” shoes, I ended up with a huge painful blister because of the cheap materials and terrible quality. It’s ridiculous that brands that cost half the price make shoes that are more comfortable and last longer than Nike.

At this point it feels like Nike only charges for the logo while the actual quality keeps getting worse. After being a loyal customer my whole life, this experience completely destroyed my trust in the brand. Extremely disappointing. 🤬

I can't find the words to say how disappointed I am with these 'trail running shoes'!
When i first got them I was impressed with how light and cushioned they were when walking in them, the second thing i noticed was how very thin they were at the front. From the bottom of the laces to the front of the shoe is so thin my feet felt constantly cold, although they did warm up once out running this only lasted as long as the Goretex, which was about 2 weeks before i was coming home with very wet cold feet. To be fair I should probably mention that I live in Northern England and the trails around here demand alot from your Goretex shoes; being very muddy and wet, having said that when I see 'Goretex' on a brand I expect a certain level of quality especially at the price these shoes were sold for when they were first released.
I would say if you want a pair of trainers to keep your feet dry and comfortable while walking around the park, through city streets or if you live in a drier climate with only the odd puddle to contend with then go for it, but if you're expecting a reliable waterproof trail running shoe for running miles through muddy hills i highly suggest you save your money and look elsewhere.
I really wanted to like these trainers, I love the design and the different colour options and the fabric around the ankle to keep stones and the odd splash of water out of your shoes is a fab addition but in every other way they fall far short of being a trail running shoe.

Trainers basically fell apart after 6 months of light wear. Raised a claim with the warranty department but unfortunately they closed my case due to “normal wear and tear” - I don’t think it’s unreasonable to be frustrated that trainers fell apart after 6 months! I’ve closed my Nike account and will not be making any further purchases in the future, seriously disappointed with the quality of the material on the trainers, as well as the customer service.

Nike products and nike customer service has gone down hill. I bought those react x shoes, dont bother. Material comes off after 3 wears. Expensive. Just buy crocs. Tried to get in touch, ofcourse it's automated. And my response was this is normal wear and tear. They were worn 3 times and cost 45 pounds. Cannot email a person or speak to a person so the money is lost. What happened to nike !!

Disgusting customer service from Nike.
Ordered a pair of trainers which were too small and were returned. My son didn’t wait for the refund to be initiated and ordered the next size up. These were delivered and fitted perfectly and were kept.
We are now having huge issues as they are saying the trainers returned are non Nike. Call customer services who sound robotic, working from scripts and clearly don’t give a shit. Go through the chat which is AI and the emails no response. Trainers were £175 and I see no way in how this is going to be resolved as just going round in circles. Nike you need to sort this out!!!! Disgusting

What happened to Nike?? I have bought thousands of pounds of equipment from them over 20 years, and are my go to for running gear. However, for the first time this month I needed to return a pair of new running trainers. I put them on for 1 minute, and realised they were too small. Sent them back the next day. Bought a replacement pair the next day from Nike website!!

After waiting 10 days, and no confirmation they had received the return, I called them and they said a 'non-Nike item had been returned'! But could give me no further information. I am now in a cycle of waiting 4 or 5 days for email replies to my emails, but they keep sending me template replies, that doesn't acknowledge my email comments. The last 2 I received both said the same thing (4 days apart), asking ME to confirm what non-Nike item I had sent them and proof of purchase for it, so they could send back??

Both phoning and the online chat both say they can't input, as it's been 'escalated' and I should just respond to the emails.

Nike have lost a very loyal customer. I just don't know what happened to them and when. I'm amazed a company of this size and reputation would reduce their customer service to this.

I bought the Nike Vomero 18 GORE-TEX in my usual size from JD app for £95.
At first glance the shoes looked great, but after wearing them briefly I experienced severe pain on the small toes of both feet. One toe has become swollen and bluish. The discomfort is constant and intense, so I can’t wear the shoes at all.

The problem seems to be either a manufacturing fault or an overly rigid interior/lining of the GORE-TEX construction that presses on my toes. These are the exact size I always buy, so this is not a normal size-up issue — something about the shoe’s internal shape or finish is causing direct pressure on the outer toes.

Pros:Waterproof GORE-TEX appears to work + Attractive design

Cons:Extremely uncomfortable around the toe boxCaused pain, swelling and bruising + Unusable for running or normal wear .
I cannot recommend these shoes based on my experience. They have caused physical harm and are unusable for me.

Useless customer service. Wouldn't let me cancel an order since my 'name' didn't match, despite using a name that matched my Ids and bank detail. Email confirmation was useless as it didn't have any of my information either, so I can only guess at what mistyped name they have in their database.

Won't let me cancel the order despite having the correct payment card and other information. Customer service unhelpful when there could've been so many ways around this. Avoiding nike from now on.

I’m extremely disappointed with Nike and their returns process. I returned a parcel worth over £250 and, according to my tracking number, it was delivered back to them over a week ago. However, I’ve had absolutely no confirmation from Nike that they’ve received it.

The only reason I even know it arrived is because I kept my receipt and tracked it myself – otherwise I’d be completely in the dark.

I’ve now had to call twice, wasting my own time, only to be told the issue has been “escalated” to management. Apparently I now have to wait up to 8 days just for that to be reviewed, and then potentially another 10+ days to actually receive my refund. That’s an unacceptable delay, especially considering the amount of money involved.

This has now caused me financial stress, which shouldn’t happen when simply returning items. What’s even more frustrating is that this isn’t the first time – I’ve had similar issues before where my refund was delayed and difficult to get back.

For a company of this size, the customer service and returns process are shockingly poor. I won’t be ordering again unless this improves.

Scammers these people have taken my money falsely advertising delivery dates that they can not meet they have robbed me and lied through the skin of their teeth useless customer services point blank refuse to help customer service rude and shocking trading standard have been contacted

What went wrong this time? Everything.
There is no point telling them how to improve as they are not capable of using this information.

I returned three pairs of trousers to Nike in the same return parcel but have only been refunded for one pair. The other two items, worth almost £200, have not been refunded.

From my side, the items were returned correctly and in the same package, yet Nike claims they were not received. Once a return has been delivered and accepted by the company, customers should not be held responsible for what happens during internal processing.

The response from customer service has been extremely disappointing and the issue has not been properly resolved. At the moment, I am left out of pocket for nearly £200 with no clear explanation of what happened to the missing items.

This experience has seriously damaged my trust in Nike as a company. I would strongly urge Nike to properly investigate this return and process the outstanding refund.

Unless this issue is resolved promptly, I will unfortunately no longer be purchasing from Nike and will continue to escalate the matter further.

Order/return details can be provided if Nike wishes to investigate and resolve this properly.

I can’t believe how Nike handled this. My limited edition sneakers were lost by DPD and there’s literally no way to get them back — even afterwards, there’s no solution for recovering the shoes.

Instead of even trying to help, Nike just refunded me through the Sneaker App without warning — I only found out via email. A 15% off for my next purchase? Really? That doesn’t come close to replacing a shoe that now sells for almost twice the original price.

This isn’t the first time DPD has lost valuable deliveries — my brother had the same problem, and I’ve had parcels arrive with boxes clearly opened. Please, Nike, don’t pretend you don’t see this ongoing issue. Why keep using a carrier that repeatedly fails your customers?

The lack of communication, the useless refund, and the choice of a clearly unreliable carrier shows that Nike doesn’t actually care about customers who spend hundreds on limited releases. No wonder the sneaker community is shrinking and it’s not as hype as it used to be a few years ago.

Shocking customer service. I returned a pair of trainers through InPost which is one of Nike’s recommended couriers. Chased my refund after 10 days to be told that they cannot refund due to a non Nike product being received. I disputed this as I 100% returned the shoes. They have fobbed me off through the Nike chat and have been abrupt and rude. I am going to escalate this as I’m not accepting lies from them. It is quite clear with 71% of 1* ratings that there is an issue with their customer service which should be reported.

I had a fault with shoes purchased from another Vendor, I made NIKE aware of who this was and they asked me to send them all the details so they could help with the issue, sent them all the details only to be told "the vendor was of part of the authorised dealer list" a complete waist of my time...terrible customer service NIKE !

Delivered package to the outside of my house and left it on the street next to the bins. Refusing to refund. So if you want to play lottery 50/50 either you throw your money away or at best get trainers you ordered, then risk it! I just lost £90, customer service obviously haven’t addressed my request.
