Awful! I've ordered from here numerous times with no issues, but this time was terrible. I made 2 seperate orders, trainers for my 2 kids which always seem to be 'out for delivery' until a mysterious event happens. A delay at brokerage, receiver requested change of delivery address (I did not do this), delay again, package exceeds maxiumum dimensions allowed etc. When you try to get a refund, the staff are unhelpful and have to do an investigation and 'will look into it.'

In 2025, at Heathrow, Terminal 5, air-side 'Duty Free', I paid £55 for a pair of NIKE ADRENALINE sunglasses (EV1113 011 #3). Over the course of my ownership, I have worn them no more than 12 times, and have taken good care of them whenever using them. Last week, the left-arm snapped off, at the hinge, when I was simply taking off the glasses. For sunglasses, at that price-level, I found this very disappointing, and I contacted the NIKE service line. To its credit, I was able to speak to a 'human', who was polite throughout our exchange. However, what is most disappointing is: the 'return-policy' would kick-in ONLY if I were able to return the broken sunglasses to the place of purchase! Hmm. I live 90-miles away from Heathrow, and in order to access that particular shop, I would have to have an airplane-ticket and pass through security. Frustratingly, there is a NIKE outlet about 8 miles away from where I live, but the return-policy, or guarantee, obviously does not accompany the NIKE product, itself.... only the shop wherein it was purchased.
Moral of the story: DON'T buy NIKE products from airport locations, or from anywhere that is beyond your local catchment area!
(... In the meantime, my back-up, pound-shop sunglasses, which I bought 3 years ago, remain wearable.)

I requested an exchange for a smaller size while it was clearly in stock. I returned the original item the next day and then waited around 10 days with very little communication.
After chasing the order myself, I was told a refund had been triggered, despite specifically requesting an exchange. I was assured this was just part of the process. I then received an email confirming my replacement order would arrive within 3–5 working days, only to receive another email shortly afterwards saying the exchange had been cancelled because the item was now out of stock.
If the item was available when I requested the exchange, why wasn't it reserved? Instead, I was left waiting while the stock disappeared, and now I have neither the original item nor the replacement. Had I known this would happen, I would have kept the larger size.
To make matters worse, contacting customer service was frustrating. The background noise in the call centre was so loud I could barely hear the advisor, and when I asked to speak to a manager, I was told I first had to wait for approval before someone might call me back.
Overall, the communication has been confusing, the exchange process has been poorly managed, and I feel completely let down. This experience has seriously damaged my trust in Nike. If this is how exchanges are handled, I won't be making any further purchases from Nike, as I simply can't rely on the company to honour an exchange request that was accepted while the item was still in stock.

Very disappointing. Nike has always been my favourite brand but never will I buy anything again.

Ordered multiple items and sent all back in one package for them to not refund me for the whole order. 4 weeks of ringing and emailing them and they are totally ignoring me. I have proof of postage and the weight.

I’ve purchased two pairs of Jordan’s for my son , sadly half a size too small
Packed them both in the same boxes and send it back the very next day via Evri.
Had to contact Nike to ask if they received them as no email was send with confirmation !
I’ve been told they did and they wait for warehouse to check them over so they can send replacement!
Time passed by and nothing from Nike ! Contracted them again to be told I’ve send wrong shoes ?!?!???!!!!
Disputes this - been told they investigate and comeback to me !! Nothing !! Ignored my emails!! Had to keep on calling !!
Called again and again and been told same thing over and over !! Nearly a month now and been told they will send the items back to me ?!?!?!!!!

I generally like the Nike running tops and the AirForce 1s, of which I have probably around 8 pairs! This year is the first time I have tried their running shoes though and am pretty disappointed to be honest. I bought some Alphaflys in March/April and loved them straight away. However, after running less than 30 miles in them, a part of the sole is coming away. I was told by some other runners that their customer service was good and they would easily be replaced, but after talking to an agent on the chat bubble, they can't help and I need to send them back to the retailer I bought them from. I shouldn't glue them myself as this would affect the warranty! What warranty? You clearly are not taking any responsibility for your OWN shoes being defective. Since all this, I have heard other people say that the same has happened to their running shoes. So, lesson learned, I will stick to my regular brands from now on as Nike running shoes clearly don't last well.

Why do you charge so much for Nike socks as they are rubbish and dont last long , they fall in bits and feel like they were made ina chinese sweat shop

I am writing this feedback to help you improve your service, as I am very surprised by my recent experience. On the same day, I ordered two Nike products: one from the official Nike UK website and another from Mainline Menswear (for a navy colour you didn't have in stock). Surprisingly, Mainline delivered the Nike Tech Windrunner Fleece Hoodie the very next day, while your official store is taking much longer. As the official brand, you should lead the way in delivery speed. I hope you review your UK logistics because external retailers are currently outperforming the official site

STOP USING NIKE &DPD 2 rubbish company avoid
Today I suppose to receive a present for my son and DPD said we sorry we miss you but I have cameras and proof they not been on the address I contacted Nike and DPD and they say that they will deliver next week I pay extra for this and no package. SHAME ON THIS 2 RUBBISH COMPANYS

I bought a pair of Nike trainers for my son, expecting the quality and durability that the brand claims to stand for. Instead, the sole completely ripped off far too soon.
What makes this even worse is the total lack of support from Nike’s customer service. I have contacted them several times to resolve this issue, but they have been completely unhelpful and dismissive.
You pay a premium price for the Nike name, but the actual product quality and customer care are practically non-existent. Having a big brand name is pointless if you don't back it up with good service. I will think twice before buying Nike again. Highly disappointed.

Absolutely appalling company. I ordered a pair of black and white trainers in size 5 but was sent a green pair of trainers in size 6. I contacted their customer service and was advised to send back the trainers for a refund. I did exactly what they said using their approved inpost service and the QR code which I was issued. 5 days later they said I did not send the Nike trainers even though I sent them a receipt as proof. They just stated that they cannot assist and will not be issuing a refund. I am absolutely disgusted by this.

Worst customer service ever. Try to resolve voucher error already week and still nothing try to contact them they ignored

Nike "customer service" don't even deserve 1 star. This 100% is the worst company I have ever dealt with. I returned 3 pairs of trainers in 1 parcel on 29/06/26. They received the parcel on 30/06/26 and refunded me for 1 pair of trainers. The parcel was sent via Royal Mail so the weight was logged. They 100% received the parcel hence the partial refund.
When I queried the rest of my refund I have been constantly fobbed of with lies and excuses. First they said they hadn't received the parcel, lie! Then they said there was a scanning issue and I would get my refund within 5 days, still waiting! The third excuse is they are investigating with their warehouse and need another 48 hours. None of this is my problem. Under UK consumer law my proof of return is where my responsibility ends.
I have given up and started s charge back with my Credit Card.
Seriously avoid Nike at all costs, because when it goes wrong they're useless at best and dishonest at worst.

Postman left parcel outside door. By a pavement. Wasn’t there when I got home. Nike won’t do anything. So making a section 75 claim on my credit card. I always buy online with my credit card now. Unbelievably bad delivery and customer service. The fact that Nike doesn’t respond to reviews says everything. Last pair I’m gonna try and buy.

Terrible Customer Service and No Accountability

I am extremely disappointed with Nike’s customer service and returns process.

I returned my order using Nike’s own prepaid return label, exactly as instructed. The package was then lost in transit, something completely outside of my control. Despite this, Nike denied my refund claim and failed to provide any clear explanation for their decision.

What makes the situation even worse is that the responses I received appeared to be automated and generic. In other emails, Nike even indicated that parts of their evaluation process are handled by bots. It feels like no real person actually reviewed the evidence or took responsibility for resolving the issue fairly.

As a customer, I fulfilled my obligation by returning the items using the shipping method Nike provided. Once the parcel was handed over with their prepaid label, the risk should not fall entirely on the customer. Instead of helping, Nike simply denied the claim without transparency or justification.

For a company of Nike’s size and reputation, this level of customer support is unacceptable. If your return gets lost while using Nike’s own return label, don’t expect them to stand behind their process or treat your case fairly.

I will think twice before ordering from Nike again.

Having ordered online and then returned shoes as too small. I am told that my return has been denied. Having rang them, then emailed them , then ring them again. I’m told it’s refused and no refund will be given. Trying to talk to them is impossible they are not interested. Ringing again and getting nowhere I tell them you have taken my money and given no reason for not refunding them send my shoes back. Two weeks later a parcel arrives from Nike with a CAP in the box. I ring them again and go through the same and get no where. I urge you all to never buy from Nike their customer support is non existent

I am extremely disappointed with my experience with Nike. On June 3rd, I purchased official Brazil national team jerseys, expecting them to arrive in time as a special gift.

According to the estimated delivery date, my order was supposed to arrive on June 14th. However, today is June 21st, and I still have not received it. What is even more frustrating is that I have no idea what happened to my package. Every time I contact customer service, they are unable to provide any clear information or explanation about the delay.

I have not received a single email or update regarding the status of my order. These were official Brazil jerseys intended as a gift, so I had high expectations and was genuinely excited about this purchase. Instead, I have been left disappointed, frustrated, and without any answers.

I expected much better communication and customer service from a global brand like Nike. Delays can happen, but customers deserve to be informed and supported when problems occur. Unfortunately, that has not been my experience.

I placed an order for three personalised shirts on 4 June 2026, with an expected delivery date of 15 June 2026.

Today, 15 June 2026, I received an email informing me that my order has been delayed, with no clear explanation or updated delivery date.

These shirts are for my son's 18th birthday party, which will take place on Friday, 19 June 2026. Because they are personalised, they are very important for this special occasion, and I need them to arrive no later than Thursday, 18 June.

What makes the situation even more frustrating is that it is impossible to contact Nike by phone. There seems to be no proper customer service available, only an AI chat providing automated responses that do not properly address the issue. As a customer, I expect to be able to speak to a real person when there is a problem with my order.

I am extremely disappointed with the lack of communication and support. I would appreciate an urgent update and for every effort to be made to ensure that my order is delivered before the event.
