Do not buy off this company at shows or events as they will refuse to offer any refund. I recently purchased a thermal monocular from the 2024 shooting show at the NEC. During the show I asked their Sales Manager if the monocular would identify deer species at around 400 to 500 yards, to which I was told yes. When I got it home it didn't and the image at this distance was grainy and pixilated, therefore was not fit for purpose. The company refuse to offer a refund stating that anything purchased off premises is not covered by their returns policy. I have now referred this to Trading Standards.

I spoke with Tom in regards to some vortex binoculars. Tom was very informative about the product and very helpful fast service as I received the goods within a few days very well priced! Brilliant service .

The fishing line I ordered from this store is exceptional. Its high tensile strength and low memory ensure optimal performance, allowing me to cast farther and feel even the subtlest of bites.

I ordered two replacement, Magnetic eye cups for my Talion XQ38. They were shipped promptly from the UK and arrived ahead of schedule. Great Quality. Outstanding Service. Thank you!!!
