I got to understand a lot more about dentistry the staff were very welcoming and i was able to ask the dentist a lot of questions about applying for dentistry.

I have experienced sever pain following an attempted but failed root canal and couldn't get an immediate appointment with my own dentist to extract. I called 111 and was seen at night dental today. The staff were attentive reassuring and kind. The lady dentist examined me and drained the abscess and recommended antibiotics as to swollen to extract. She explained everything in detail and also discussed an advised about my options for implants or partial dentures. The tooth will be extracted by my own dentist when swelling has reduced. A big thankyou to all staff at Night Dental.

Dr Ahmed was brilliant. He explained everything in detail at every stage which made a very nervous patient feel safe and calm. He didn’t rush me when I was making my decision and was really kind throughout the appointment. Emma was equally as fab. She kept me calm and reminded me to breathe! The thumb trick really does work too! Thank you Ahmed and Emma for helping me and for being so kind in the process.

On the website they make out the £50 fee your paying is for teeth cleaning treatment. Your actually paying £50 to have them offer to clean and Polish your teeth for £400. They don't list the real price for teeth polishing as how else would they scam ppl out of £50 for 30 seconds. Was horrified when even after I said not a chance am I paying that they then said I could pay over 12 months...

I visited the Middlesbrough Clinic on Tuesday 7th April 2026 having lost a filling and part of my tooth. I have always been afraid of dentists but not any more. Dr Qasim was brilliant. He talked me through the procedure and I assured me I would feel no pain and I didn't. Charlotte the dental nurse and Akasha the Receptionist were also very helpful and friendly. I cannot recommend this clinic highly enough and would definitely use them again without any fear.

Night and day were there when I needed help ...met with nurse Rachel and the very loverly Sinead who helped with paperwork and making me feel very welcome .... Dr Karrar is an absolute gent ... explained everything... concerned for any discomfort I had and completed treatment painlessly... what super bunch of caring folk ... thank you all

With only a matter of hours before a wedding, my tooth split and I need an emergency repair. Nothing was too much fuss and the treatment I received was first-class. Ismail and Deon took very good care of my needs, especially with me being terrified on the dentists!

We came to Middlesbrough to watch the football. My husbands tooth had been playing up for a few weeks but it’s not easy to get an appointment where we live. The tooth became unbearable so I google searched a Dentist. We were blown away by the service he received from the very start. They answered my WA message very promptly. He was booked in and seen in just over the hour. Was it cheap? My answer is…. Is any private dentist cheap? No. But it also wasn’t extortion. It was on par with prices down south. Although we expected more as it was Good Friday. Thank you all so so much! He’s a much happier boy now and has said he would drive from Essex to Boro just to go to this dentist. Please don’t hesitate if you are in pain to use this fantastic practice.

Honestly I’m so greatful for this company! I came in at 9pm tonight for an emergency extraction and my tooth was out by 10pm. I had visited a different dentist only yesterday and paid £135 emergency fee for them to tell me my tooth was infected and booked me in for a extraction in 2 weeks time, this evening the pain was that severe I was crying so much and in the worst pain I have ever felt. I called this company and they told me to come in there and then. When I arrived I paid the £50 consultation fee and for a X- Ray after paying £135 with My dentist only yesterday. I wish I would have found these out earlier. I then had the tooth removed! The dentist and his assistant were very caring and gave me a pack to take home how to look after my tooth. Honestly I’m so greatful x

Dr Shakir made me so comfortable. I am terrified of dentists (I was literally shaking) but I didn’t feel a thing. I had a complex tooth extraction which took around 30-40 mins to extract. Dr Shakir gave me breaks in between to relax my jaw and regularly reassured me and checked in during the breaks to make sure I was okay. I would 100% recommend especially for nervous patients! Also the reception lady was lovely! Had a great chat while waiting for my procedure

Had this tooth pain for quite a while. My NHS dentist told me he would have to refer me to a specialist because it would be difficult to take out. Went to night and day emergency dentist and within 2 hours my tooth was out. Dr Nisar and nurse Fakhra took very good care, even point out many other problems i had that i need to take care of, which i would be going back. Staff was very friendly especially nurse Fakhra. She made sure i was comfortable and keep asking if I'm ok. She kept rubbing my shoulder to keep me calm. Thanks nurse Fakhra and Dr Nisar.

Really welcoming and put me at ease, my problem was sorted out hassle free, would definitely recommend to anybody needing a emergency dentist.

Everything was explained throughout and Dr Ahmed was extremely friendly and understanding. Would recommend to everyone

We had made an emergency appointment to see the dentist last night. Today at the appointment we were seen by Dr Ahmed and Nurse Sahur both were very welcoming. We were there for a tooth extraction. The Dr explained the process and aftercare of the procedure and we were well informed about what to expect in the healing process. Both made sure we left the practice feeling reassured and not worried about the next steps. I would definitely recommend this Dental Practice.

Went to night and day dentist in Bristol knowing I needed an extraction after paying the £50 consultation fee was told that the extraction fee would be £395 despite the web site saying extractions were £195 and the tooth in question was the only real one I had left. outrageous

It was my first experience with the dentist,never had before.doctor Adam was very friendly and nice,my treatment was done very quickly and in a caring manner I had no problem at all.so doctor Adam deserved 5 stars

I needed a wisdom tooth out due to toothache on a sunday night. Rang up and was given an appointment within a couple of hours. Anis the receptionist was really friendly and welcoming. Dr Ziad and the nurse Keisha were very professional and reassuring through the whole thing. The extraction took a long time but I had no pain at all after the anaesthetic wore off. I would recommend night and day to anyone. Prices actually competitive for similar work at a normal private dentist in-hours. I would ignore the one star reviews as they are clearly making things up.

Made an appointment for 3.15 yesterday paid the £50, at 3pm I received a text would I go at 4pm as they had an emergency in, I was almost there when they text having driven 30 miles. When I arrived the waiting room was packed. I was given a form to complete. I saw a pattern emerge a patient went in and them sat back in the waiting room, next one in then back in waiting room they’d all been given jabs to numb the area they were also all told it’ll be £450. Finally at 5.20pm 2 hours after my original appointment time it was my turn. As soon as I entered the surgery I knew I’d made a big mistake going there. I had some object forced in my mouth which I believe was an X-ray within seconds I was told you need 2 teeth out now I told them I wanted to speak to my husband first and I was told I need to have this done now I managed to get to the waiting area to my husband I told him I felt like I was going to be butchered by these people and left. I saw a real dentist this morning who said my tooth can not be removed until I have a course of antibiotics. So all these idiots have done is make me even more terrified of dentists than I was before I went to them.

I’d say avoid these money grabbing butchers and ring 111 for for real dentist

COMPLAINT ALREADY SENT TO THE DENTAL COMPLAINTS SERVICE AND THE GENERAL DENTAL COUNCIL !!

Was terrified of the dentist. Had a rotten wisdom tooth. Had to come on my own and anxiety was sky high. The whole experience was fantastic. I was very upset throughout and dentist and dentist nurse was very kind to me and helpful. They were patient and showed lots of compassion. I’m so thankful

I hate dentist so for me to give this 5 star is saying something, the staff are amazing and talked me through everything putting me at easy, even had a follow up message asking how i am and to contact them if I need anything. I cannot reccomend this enough for out of hours dentistry
