Nieu Cabinet Doors Anmeldelser

Nieu provided a reassuring and enjoyable experience from their well-designed website, to the ordering process, to the phone call appointment with one of their experts, to the delivery.
My order was delivered on a palette that was carefully packaged to ensure damage-free shipment. All doors and drawer fronts arrived in perfect condition.
We ordered the Scandia style for framed cabinets, painted in “Black Magic”. The paint job is a beautiful and flawless satin finish that, surprisingly, does not show fingerprints in kitchen lighting. The quality of this product was a nice surprise - exceeding our expectations.
The installation proceeded without any issues, as all doors and drawer fronts were accurate to spec - dimensions and hinge boring. And my wife and I agree that the final results are stunning. We have shown our renovated kitchen to family and friends and have gotten similar highly positive responses.
We are so happy with Nieu Cabinet Doors that we are now tempted to look for other projects around the house where we can do business with Nieu again!

Doors are great, staff was super helpful

Great from the measurements to all my questions to the quality of the product. Customer service is fantastic and door are high quality at a good price.

The quality of the product is great. But just as important was the customer service team, whom I called when ordering and for any questions. Can’t say enough good things about them.

Recently updated 2 bathroom vanities with new doors, drawer fronts, kick and side panels. Originally priced these items at a local cabinet shop in my city (on the west coast) however it was significantly cheaper to order the exact same items and have them shipped across Canada (by Nieu). Amazing. Nieu’s staff were very easy to work with and my shipment arrived on time. I have ordered many items online and must say that the packing done by Nieu is the best I have ever seen. Even though there was damage on the packaging the items inside were unaffected and arrived in pristine condition. 5 stars all around. Thank you Nieu. 👍👍

The Nieu team was wonderful to work with throughout our planning process, and we are thrilled with the quality of the cabinets. We had them installed professionally by someone recommended by Nieu and his level of professionalism, quality of work and communication throughout the process was unmatched. I highly recommend Nieu!

Enjoyed to process from start to finish. The doors where delivered on time and the quality was excellent.

I appreciate how simple the ordering process was (the hardest part is measuring) and the fact that they offer assistance and confirmation of your specs. I had a few questions after my order was placed and they were still immediately responsive. Overall, I found them to be helpful at every turn, quick to ship, and able to provide exactly what I asked for. I'd highly recommend if you're a beginner or pro who needs custom cabinetry.

Very passive and not friendly customer service or it's just the person I'm working with. Not responding to emails and when I talk to her she just responds with short answers; no solutions, no willing to work or sell...

Everyone at Nieu is super nice and our cabinet contact was very knowledgeable and patient (shout out to Brian!).

We’re waiting for our custom color doors and drawers to arrive, but if they are anything like the sample, I’m sure we’ll be thrilled.

Great product and great customer service. My kitchen looks how I hoped and I am so pleased!

Arrived damaged, color was way off from sample. Pretty cheap looking unfortunately.

Beautiful quality doors. The ordering process was smooth, the customer support was incredibly helpful and thorough. They answered all my questions and helped navigate the requirements to make sure I had ordered all the filler pieces I needed. I'm very happy I went with them! I'm still putting the final touches on our kitchen, but all the doors are installed and look amazing!

I'd been wanting some cabinet fronts that I'd seen at IKEA, but I did not have their frameless cabinet system. I'd given up on my hope of owning them until I found the Nieu website. I figured that if they provided fronts for IKEA cabinets that I may find something similar to fit mine, and I was right! I got painted slab cabinet fronts that were exactly like the ones I wanted from IKEA. The finish is absolutely flawless, too! My husband is a former carpenter, so measuring, ordering and installation were easy for him. We even re-used our original hardware with no issues. I'm so glad I went with Nieu!

The customer service experience was excellent. Although the quality of the cabinet wood seemed to be more condensed rather than natural, it ultimately served its purpose well. I chose to buy the raw cabinets and had them professionally painted black, which has turned out positively so far. While I'm unsure about the longevity of the cabinets, the finished kitchen looks fantastic.

There was a minor issue with two of the doors, but the customer service was swift and efficient in sending me the correct ones. Based on this experience, I would definitely recommend this company and would consider purchasing from them again.

Nieu was such a pleasure to work with. Our cabinet doors/drawer faces arrived a week early, everything was packaged so well. There was one drawer face that had some scratches, Nieu immediately sent a replacement that arrived in 3 weeks.

I would definitely use Nieu again.

Jennifer was very warm, professional and organized over the phone and email, answering my questions. The cabinets look so much better. I am very glad that Nieu cabinet doors can have the specific measurements of the old discontinued IKEA cabinets.

This is my second order with Nieu. They have great customer service and high quality product!

Amazing company from product, delivery to customer service

We were impressed with the quality of the cabinet doors. The process was very smooth, from ordering, to shipping and installing. The doors are so easy to clean and feel very sturdy. We are very pleased.
