Nieu Cabinet Doors Anmeldelser

Design process was fine, though I had to do some of my own math to figure out hinge placement, and despite asking for support and having it reviewed by the customer service person, it ended up being wrong and we had to drill our own holes anyway. Also, if you are ordering Besta drawers, they won't predrill those holes for you, nor do they provide a template - I was told to just go buy a door from ikea, make my own template from it, then return it, which seems bizarre DIY ask for a company touting themselves as an IKEA substitute.

Once I ordered though, its like the project entered a black hole! No updates or projected arrival dates unless I asked. There was a custom color sample that was stuck in customs for weeks without anyone knowing, and wasn't resolved until I was contacted and sent it along to the company after it had been sitting for 3 weeks. The actual product delivery was the most bizarre delivery process I've ever experienced. I ordered these in mid-November, and didn't get them delivered until early February. Once delivered (which can only be to my driveway, not inside), the doors look nice, but are still off-gassing a strong smell, and seem pretty prone to scratches and dings.

I was asked to provide my order number by Nieu to review my experience, so here its is: Order #US23158

I was happy with the ease of ordering and the quality of the cabinet doors when they arrived.

Delivered ahead of schedule. No errors in what was provided. Happy with the product.

Great first time experience with Nieu. There was some minor issues with drill holes not being in the right location but the pieces were replaced within two weeks to make everything right. Cabinets look great and the slightly thicker fronts are far better than the original IKEA fronts we replaced. After 17 years, Our IKEA Akurum cabinets look new again.

The doors look great. My only criticism is that it took so long to get them.

Always an amazing experience working with Nieu Cabinet doors and their team. The quality and craftsfmanship of their product is top notch and customer service team second to none.

I had been looking around for custom drawers for our bathroom vanity and found Nieu. I worked with Brian who understood my challenge and was able to adapt to my specific requirements.

The 4 drawers showed up and we exactly as required.

Thank you

I love Nieu Cabinet Doors. The quality is as good as it gets, with the finish as perfect as I have ever seen it. The customer service is fantastic a they are very responsive. I think the biggest win from them is the fact that I have never seen such thorough and effective packaging. My cabinet doors could have lived through a train wreck caused by a nuclear blast and would not have a scratch. Very well packaged for shipping! thanks for that.

Fabulous experience from start to finish. Even after some doors came half painted, the company was prompt, courteous, and made sure to get them sent out as quickly as possible. We would absolutely use them again!

The overall experience was excellent, as was the quality of the cabinet doors. The ability to have a Zoom session prior to ordering provided comfort that everything was measured properly.

The finish is absolutely beautiful, and the measurements were almost error free. Just one small mistake in the position of a hinge bearing (was made x inches from top instead of bottom so we had to redo a hinge bearing ourselves). You have to be super careful about instructions given re measurements of any filler, toe kick and custom measures but if you do you'll be super satisfied.
I'll just add that it is better to have some renovation gear at home , or have your Nieu order installed by or at least with some assistance from a renovation pro, as there are always a few adjustements to be made to fillers and such walls are seldom super straight, so recutting a bit might help. With that in mind if you have a doubt re the measurements for bits that are not straight, go for the thicker/wider as you can always recut, but it is hard to add material when you need to.

Ordering on line was really easy. Customer service answered all my questions. The product that I received was perfect.

easy to use website ... product i wanted for cabinet updates ... arrived, ingeniously packaged, in perfectly specified basecoated condition ... lazer sharp fit when installed ...

Love the doors they are awesome. Love the customer service. Even when they made a mistake on the doors they resent the correction ASAP.

Good company from top to bottom. Friendly staff. Nicely made doors. Reasonable pricing. Delivered ahead of schedule. A few small communication glitches, but all ended well. I would not hesitate to use them again.

So easy! I just gave the year of my old IKEA kitchen and the exact sizes of cabinet doors were provided, as well as the position of screw holes for the hinges. The work has not been done yet so I can’t give a complete review, but dealing with Niue was so pleasant. I give them 5 stars for the experience!

The best cabinet company hands down. Unparalleled service. Attention to detail and great people all around. You won't find better.

From the initial consultation to install, the process was so easy and smooth! I am thrilled with the final results!!

Great, sturdy quality, accurate sizes. Well packaged.
