I have used it for many years to save from my salary. Have used the offer of Christmas loan which can be paid back over a few months and I also can save at the same time.

Asked for a budget booster loan on maternity leave as wouldnt be likely to get a loan elsewhere in my year off. Very helpful service, friendly and affordable. Definitely recommend.

The application for the car loan was straightforward and,unlike impersonal companies,I felt as though I was assessed as an individual and not as a nameless number.
The communication was excellent and I am now able to continue my work in the community without the huge stress of having no car.

The NHS CU have always been there to help when I’ve needed it despite my poor credit score. The application process takes slightly longer than other loan firms but they are a responsible lender and trustworthy. The rates are also sensible. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them.

I’ve used this service for years and recently Natalie has gone above and beyond to help me. With a lot of changes in the family this was not an easy task but she worked through everything with me patiently and she was so helpful and friendly. She deserves a big pay rise!
