Express delivery good quality flooring

Ordered some lvt samples, arrived promptly. Going by the samples the flooring looked good quality and very competitive price, will be ordering the flooring soon.

Horrendous customer service from the very beginning. Absolutely no communication. I received the wrong flooring, and they claim they simply "forgot" to update the product name. The specifications listed on the website do not match what you actually receive. When you explain the issue to the manager, they start complaining about having to handle everything—claiming they can't manage both the website and deliveries, etc. What is the point of having a manager, then? I believe the product description should be accurate and customers should be properly informed. They’ve already taken my money, and that’s that. They now refuse to speak with me on the phone, claiming I’m being "abusive" simply because I’m demanding an explanation as to why I received something different from what I ordered. Their only "solution" is for me to return the product—but I’m expected to haul 50 packages back myself!

Ordered samples, they arrived within 3 days. We picked one out and have placed an order for my kitchen SPC luxury vinyl click. Can’t wait to see it down. Very satisfied at the moment.
All appears to have gone smoothly. Awaiting my delivery.

TL:DR - flooring that wasn't broken on delivery is lovely, customer service SUCKS.

I had 2 separate orders with Nextdayfloors

1st was an LVT herringbone pack that cost me close to £1000, that arrived via pallet on the back of a lorry and was in good condition, and looks great now its down. My carpenter however was shocked there was no obvious fitting instructions - tried contacting the company via their whatsapp for some advice, no answer.

Very soon after, I ordered £150 of LVT tiles for my bathroom, which arrived via delivery van, individual packets, bubble wrapped. They went into storage for just over a month where my project was running behind (a house full of DIY parts, is not for the faint of heart) the packs were stored safely in the corner where I could come back to them at the right time.

Right time comes, 35 days after ordering, open the packs and both boxes had apparently been dropped on their corners rendering the tiles useless in their entirety.

Reached out via their online messenger telling of the damage and "Paul" simply replies with a weblink to their "damage report" page...however as it had been 30 days since dispatch, my claim is no longer valid and I am now down £150 from nextdayfloors and an additional £150 where I have had to order local. (Yes, I SHOULD have checked upon delivery, but again, I'm currently living in a building site and hoped for the best, hindsight is a b*tch)

Subsequently, I also contacted customer service again, about the herringbone flooring fitting instructions and have been completely ignored so far

will not be using again.

The flooring I ordered was excellent easy to lay very nice to work with no damage to any pack highly recommended

I've placed my order, booked delivery for a date selected a week from purchase. I got the confirmation email straight away and then no further communication. When the day of delivery came my order was nowhere to be seen. I looked for a number to call, there ins't one, you can send them an email, or message them on WhatsApp and "they'll reply in 24 hours". Still waiting, wondering when my order will show up or if I've been scammed...

Horrendous customer service from the start. No communication at all. No direct phone number to contact. Pick and choose when they want to be in contact!

Gave a delivery date, waited in for flooring for it to Not even be in stock. Ended up with a different floor, once My order was finally dispatched it was someone else’s order…. Left on my curb to carry in. 38 boxes.
My order eventually turned up. But I still had 38 boxes of someone else’s floor in my house with small children! This is yet to be collected as they expect me to carry all 38 boxes Outside onto the curb side, have it back on a pallet and wrapped on a busy main road.
Had to cancel a fitter 3 TIMES due to this company’s mistakes. An absolute shambles of a company, would avoid!!!!
