We moved house, ordered in a panic, and in doubt, however their customer support really helped us out, and got the router delivered for the next day, then got incredible speeds. Amazing work

This is the 2nd router I have in about two months. It worked perfectly for three weeks or so and then the router light for 4G/5G goes red and you no longer have internet. I have been in contact with them and sent my old router back to them expecting a report back on what went wrong with the old router. Still no feedback. Three weeks in with the new router and no internet again. I have questioned whether the service provider 3 mobile has maybe cut off use on this particular router. It is strange that on both occasions after about three weeks or so it cuts off. I have had to pay for 5 days of EE wifi which is unfortunately not very stable but you can always get it. The reason why I changed to next day was because it was better quality when it works. EE wifi is always reliable in the sense of being available. However next day broadband just cuts off and is no longer available. Good idea - but unfortunately does not work. The router obviously gives the coverage in the home when it works.

I wasn't aware of this offering but I'm very impressed with how good it is. From the simple ordering, quick delivery, and quick and simple set up, to the speed - around 250Gb/s which is brilliant in my area.

great product, love how easy it is to set up , those long journeys with kids , makes think simple by having the mobile device in the car , plus we camp a lot just gives great connectivity! money for value with out the long term contract

Fantastic product just plug in and off you go, I did have signal issues and rang customer service, phone answered promptly not transferred all over the place and the helpful operator ran through some trouble shooting and it was sorted by repositioning the router all sorted running several devices no problems highly recommend.

Was told about this by a friend and have been using it ever since. I needed a service that wouldn’t need drilling as I was renting at the time and this perfectly fitted my needs. The delivery was quick, the set up was simple and the connection has not let me down. I use mainly for to tv streaming and emails on my phone and haven’t had any problems, would highly recommend.

And the 5G connection is surprisingly stable and super fast. Right now, I get nearly 300mbps down, 48mbps up... 5x the speed I had with DSL at roughly half the offered renewal quote. And no contractual commitment!

I instantly got 200mbps down, but upload speeds were slow. After a bit of experimentation and adjustment (and eventually an external aerial) I am super happy.

For me, this is the right price, the right technical solution, and great customer service. It's so good, I might stop my efforts to get FTTP supplied.

Brilliant!! We got let down by the original service provider when we moved house…I work from home, my kid lives for gaming and parter needed his entertainment working too. so I needed something quickly set out whilst we changed providers!!! And the knights in shining armour at nextdaybroadband came and literally saved the day. Simple solution, not over priced - easy return instructions when the hub needed returning. Deposit paid back - no quibbles, no chasing!
It was the perfect solution to a short term problem!!
