Batteries were incorrect and also looked like they were fake as I have legit hg2 and these were different. Not impressed didn’t realise an order could be messed up twice better off giving money to charity than shopping with these chaps

Batteries arrived 5 days later and the web page is called “next day batteries” also I didn’t received any free batterie case as you state in your web page that you always send a free battery case.

Not very satisfied, also the wrap in my battery is very bad fitted so I have to re wrap it by myself.

I still have not received my order from next day batteries. Adding insult to injury, I keep receiving emails to rate the products. My first order arrived in 2 days, a pair of VTC5A’s that appear legit and an LG HB6. Instead of the HB6 I received an HB4, so I should have known better than to place a second order. It has been a month since the second order was placed and I still haven’t received the batteries or accessories I ordered. There is no reply to my emails asking about the order either. DO NOT RECOMMEND.

Second time iv ordered batteries from you and they die with a quarter charge still showing. Not happy !!

I ordered late Wednesday so expected delivery on Friday but it was good Friday so hopefully Saturday. Don’t come Saturday and it was bank holiday Monday so eventually got the batteries on Tuesday. Totally not your fault, my bad ordering. Batteries are fine.

I payed for the batterys 4 day ago still nothing

Bought 2 LG hg2. One vented under normal conditions in a hexohm V3. These are either fake or c grade rewraps. Destroyed a £150 mod and a kitchen ceiling.

Was ordered Saturday and arrived on Wednesday. So not next day delivery at all. The lg h2 Batteries look new but they must be fakes or re wraps. So I charged the batteries fully and I get the broken battery sign on my smok al85 when running at 85watts. I bought some of the Same batteries from fogstar to see the difference and been running the same battery all day at 85 watts, it is still going and getting no broken battery symbol. So I can confirm these batteries are not the real deal or have been used and re wrapped. Joke of a company. DO NOT TRUST!!!!!

Sent faulty/wrong batteries in Feb 12th. Messaged them twice using their internal messaging service as they don't supply an email address (wonder why).

Both messages unanswered. I've had to log a dispute with my bank to reclaim this money.

Do not deal with this company.

Bought 3 batteries and were received on time however they are sporadically discharging in my device in large increments at a time, when I sent a question via their website last week I have still had no response. I believe this so called company is not as big as it makes itself out to be.
