We signed up in April 2025
We signed up in April 2025, they stated it would take a couple of months to get started. Here it is Oct 2025 & last email from them was dated was May 22nd stating we would receive a $75 Visa card within 30 days. I followed up last week only to learn they went ahead & cancelled my contract because they stated I didn't respond to email..Received no email from them where I needed to respond. The only way I found out they cancelled our contract was the day I called in October to follow-up. That was fine with me because at that point I wanted to cancel the contract. After talking with several people regarding these solar farms & Nexamp I am glad it was cancelled before getting started. This was a bad decision but turned out best for us.

After reviewing your case, it appears your enrollment was never fully completed in our system, which unfortunately meant we couldn't place you on a solar farm. As a result, your account was never activated, and the promotional gift card (only issued upon full enrollment) was not triggered.
We sincerely apologize for the miscommunication and the inconvenience this has caused. At Nexamp, we strive to make community solar simple and accessible, and we regret that this wasn’t your experience.

We’re sorry for the frustration and want you to know that we’re actively working with our mailing vendor to ensure physical invoices are sent on time. Please note that USPS delivery can take up to ten days, which may result in a delay after you receive the emailed invoice.
All customers receive invoices via email and through their Nexamp online account. This ensures faster access to view invoices and provides the option to pay online for added convenience. The emailed invoice also includes a PDF attachment that you can download and print, which may help if you're mailing a payment.

Late arriving large electric bill for June and July after previously automated payment. Never have experienced such an esoteric and convoluted utility bill before. Causes me to question Nexamps integrity and competence.

To clarify, Nexamp invoices customers only after we receive confirmation from your utility that solar credits have been applied to your account. Occasionally, delays from the utility in transmitting this information can affect the timing of our billing. In your case, we received two months’ worth of credit data from the utility in close succession, which resulted in both June and July credits being included on a single invoice. We understand how unexpected this can be and apologize for any inconvenience it caused.
Our goal is always to stay as current as possible with invoicing, and we’re happy to work with you if a payment plan would be helpful in spreading out the cost. Please don’t hesitate to contact our support team at 855-727-4636 or support@nexamp.com to discuss options that work best for you.
