Easy to sign in. If you take a break for a couple of days, when you sign in again or brings you right to the same spot you left off. It’s pretty comprehensive and it was good to refresh my memory.

You offered something on your website…
You offered something on your website that doesn't have to have a final test but in between modules we have to pass a test or quizzes. I'm really not happy I requested a refund the same day and got denied. I have call my credit card. That not good.

Have taken the class online previously with no issues. This time however, it was a minefield of questions, timers and other challenges - more like running a gauntlet. Had opted for the video as well. Threw my hands up in frustration and subsequently lost what I paid - total disappointment.

Avoid this website like a plague
I tried this service it was a waste of time. I went to chapter 4 and failed 1 question. Had to restart from the very start and even fill out the verified section again. And tried it again and was a charter 1 when I was answering questions got 2 wrong but had to go somewhere so logged out and logged back in the following day and had the start all over again. you are allowed to pass with 70% score. But this website doesn't allow this probably A1 driven. I lost money on this and would not waste my time & energy doing this again. Wasted 4 hrs. of my life on this website. Avoid this website like a plague

Once a course is locked following a failed assessment, we're unfortunately unable to unlock it and it must be restarted from the beginning. As a best practice, we also recommend logging off if you need to step away, as leaving the course unattended can trigger a failure. This program was full of great information, of driving daily on side/ residential areas as well as driving safely on highways. It also outlined road courtesy and tips to avoid collisions.

Being able to stop and start anytime…
Being able to stop and start anytime was very convenient. It was very easy to navigate through,.I had some trouble in the very beginning with my voice recording for password and I contacted help through text message and the problem was resolved immediately. My results were sent to the DMV within 24 hours so I can make an appointment for my road test. I would highly recommend this way to anyone

Your driver safety program should be a prerequisite for all drivers, about every three years.
After the years and miles I have been driving I have (more often than not) noticed that the highways have been busier with every year that passes while the population exponentially expands. Unfortunately most of these drivers should never have been able to pass a proper drivers test. The program that you provide would certainly help many of those drivers that never learned the " rules of the road " when they were issued their driver license.

I had to wait close to a month for my certificate / Your sorry was insencere.
I had to wait close to a month for my certificate when I contacted customer service they said they would send a replacement I asked if they could rush it and they said no I would have to pay extra
I did get a reply from the vendor who said they were sorry, if they were really sorry, they would have sent my certificate express which they wanted me to pay extra, so their "sorry" is very insincere Their Customer Service is lacking. I will not be using your services again.
