Very satisfied with the product I bought (Soundset). Customer support is very good and reacting fast. The only critic I have is the somehow intransparent sale policy. Because it always seem to be a sale on the website.

Excellent customer service
I recently bought a sound package from NewLoops with which I wasn’t quite satisfied and someone got in touch with me immediately and offered me to exchange it for another soundpack or a refund. When I chose a refund, they re-transferred my money right away. That’s what I call customer service!

New Loops do great presets!
New Loops do great presets. Their Wavetable (Ableton) racks are sonically brilliant and are easily further tweakable. They are superior to the same category stock presets in your DAW.
Also i had lost the download links, so got in touch with them and they immediately sent me a redownload link.

Quality and legit
New loops are the sort of darling of the reason store,supplying a wide variety of the top samples in a variety of musical genres .
Buying direct from their own website will save you a pretty penny (almost 50% on my last purchase )against buying them through 3rd parties as I have in the past.
They are legitimate. Their products are quality and their downloads are fast so you won't need to wait long for your new sounds to appear in your DAW.
