Not only are the packs that I have purchased been excellent, the customer service was above and beyond what I could have ever expected.
In error I bought bundle that was included a pack I had already purchased. Totally my fault but I was contacted the next day by the company who pointed out my error and asked if I would like to exchange the pack they even offered me the opportunity to exchange it for a more expensive pack. I declined as the pack I wanted was cheaper than my original purpose and I said they didn’t need to worry about the additional £1or so I had paid. Nonetheless they provided me with a code for a discount on my next purchase.

Loads of ready to use bass sounds
Loads of ready to use bass sounds, hi quality and well processed. A lot more usable content than you normally get in a pack like this and set up in Kontakt so really immediate and ready to put into productions. Really happy with it.

High quality modern trance expansion for MPC
Most of the patches are uplifting and interesting. Only negative: some of the programs seem to use samples with pre-recorded FX in them (reverb). I would have preferred they insert the effect inside the Akai MPC program itself (easier to customize program afterwards).
