Oh wow, what a totally unfair review! You bought a product and then sent an irate email saying how its not what you expected and you were REFUNDED IMMEDIATELY without question, and that warrants 1 star does it? Well thanks very much. Sorry the product wasn't good enough for you, I recommend you buy your sounds from Loopmasters next time.

First Class Customer Support
Purchased Ableton wavetable presets and racks bundle and also a Dune 3 Soundbank. While using the Soundbank I was receiving errors stating that certain wavetable files were missing. I contacted Newloops customer support via email, within15 minutes I received a response and advised me what I needed to do. It was not an issue with the Soundbank I purchased from newloops, the issue was with Dune 3 itself. All sorted within 30 minutes - Cheers Antony
