I recommend NewGenCareGroup as they have supported me in the community to health appointments, shopping, beach walks. I really like my main support worker and have good continuity where I have the same person each week. On occasions it will change.

I started working with 'New Gen Care' late December because I was out of a job, I must say registration was prompt, which was a shock as I have known other companies to take ages, so that comes as a bonus, as for management they are superb, always there to talk to no matter the time, always there when you have a problem and always happy to go the extra mile, I have sincerely never felt so comfortable to work for a company and I promise you if you come onboard you won't regret it, (thank me later), what can I say about the work being a care worker for many years this by far is the best place I have worked, caring for the patients I have looked after it has given me so much insight into the different levels of care that can be provided and broaden my knowledge even more. I'm very thankful for this opportunity as I got this job through a friend and I was very hesitant but went with it anyway and they didn't disappoint. If you want to work for a good company, with management that understand your needs and experience look no further this is the place for you, I really enjoyed getting to know the different patients and the different needs. I will always be one call away and happy to do any shifts. I also want to thank management for taking that gamble on me.
