The clinic could not do enough for me, from Carol at the reception and every interaction with all staff through to my surgeon Dr Dutta, I could not have asked for better treatment and support.
I had Gynecomastia surgery with Visar liposuction and gland excision. I am 7 weeks down the line, now discharged and fully healed and the results are better than I could’ve hoped and has improved my confidence completely.
Would recommend to anybody for an excellent, caring service.

Superb care from start to finish. I was treated with compassion and empathy throughout, with the highest level of knowledge, understanding and skill from each profession I met. Would highly recommend.

Honestly can't praise the clinic enough. Had my surgery last week and I couldn't have been made more comfortable by Mr Hardy and all the amazing staff. From consultation everyone was so lovely. Cant thank you all enough, so happy with my results so far and only a week in!

Mr De Gado is a fantastic surgeon. He is kind, understanding and listened to me during my consultation . I had Upper Blepharoplasty. I am 4 weeks post op. Mr De Gado is, very caring. I felt I was in safe hands from the day I had my consultation with him. The results are amazing. It's made such a difference to my face. All the staff are lovely and took time to talk to me. Jodie my patient coordinator is such a lovely and approachable person. Carol on reception is very welcoming and a lovely person to talk to.

I was so nervous on the the day of surgery as I decided to have General Anaesthetic. The anaesthetist put my mind at rest and took time to talk to me, she was such a lovely person.Every member of staff I came into contact with was highly professional but super friendly and caring. I would highly recommend Mr De Gado and the New Birkdale Clinic to anybody who is considering surgery. Thank you for a fantastic experience.

What can I say? I can't compliment the New Birkdale Clinic staff and Mr De Gado enough. I went for a consultation with Mr De Gado regarding a facelift and he advised I didn't need one (what a compliment
from a surgeon) but recommended a blepharoplasty. From beginning to end the whole procedure was so professional and calm, Jodie was reassuring and helped me with what to expect along with the actual nurses on day of surgery. The aftercare was thorough and all the staff were fantastic. If anybody mentions any procedures they want doing, im first to mention The New Birkdale Clinic.Thank you.

After researching a ‘boob job’ online then comparing many clinics, practice, prices and surgeons qualifications and experience internationally, I concluded the Birkdale Clinic offered the best practice, risk reduction and outcomes at an extremely competitive price, especially when considering the risk, aftercare and ‘on costs’ of going abroad.
I then met with staff at the clinic, to talk through my thinking and aspirations regarding surgery, as an older person in my 60s this was extremely important to me. My questions were heard and acted on by the staff, with a further meeting arranged with doctors to ensure my wishes and feelings were fully considered by the surgeon (thank you so much).
I then had breast augmentation at the clinic some weeks later, with surgery performed by Mr Hardy a highly skilled specialist consultant within this area of breast surgery.
Mr Hardy was so helpful in explaining the procedure, with a great bedside manner…the outcome of the operation is visually fantastic, with the incision areas healing extremely well and looking minimalistic, even after only a few weeks post surgery.
The follow on nursing care is excellent and beyond expectations, nothing was to much trouble….overall I can’t recommend this clinic enough, turning the potential anxiety of surgery into a smooth person centred experience, with an amazing outcome..a sincere thank you to all involved.

I could not fault my experience with The New Birkdale Clinic. From start to finish the staff were so kind, reassuring and helpful. On the day of my surgery I was really nervous but staff put my at ease. Nothing was a problem and I felt really looked after and safe in the hands of all the staff. If am so happy with the results of my surgery and could not recommend Dr De Gado enough. If I was to have any more surgery in the future I would 100% go back to The New Birkdale Clinic.

I had a lower face and neck lift with Dr Dutta Oct 23. From the moment of my enquiry I felt listened to there was no pressure to book anything. All the staff were fantastic so professional and friendly I felt so relaxed with everyone. I had a lot of swelling on day 3 post op so I telephoned to check it was normal. Dr Dutta called me back and did a face time call and put my mind at ease that everything was normal. He left his personal mobile number incase I had any further concerns over the weekend so he went above and beyond to reassure me. The swelling and bruising took about two weeks to subside. Scars behind my ears were itchy whilst they healed for a few weeks. Only took painkillers on day one and two then was pain free just a bit uncomfortable for four to five days. I am very happy with the results and so happy I decided to have this procedure. Would I do it again…hell yes without hesitation. When I look at before and after pics now I realise how tired and aged I looked before and now I look like me just totally refreshed. Everyone keeps telling me how well I look but can’t tell I have had any treatment. Would highly recommend this clinic. I thought about going abroad to save money but wasn’t that much difference in price and felt so much safer staying in this country and the aftercare was second to none. The nurse who took my stitches out was really lovely so caring and gentle. Big thanks to all the team

I had breast explant surgery at the New Birkdale clinic, conducted by surgeon Mr Vardy - And I’m so glad I chose this highly experienced surgeon, as I’m delighted with the pre & post operative care i’ve received from him & the entire clinical staff - all of whom presented at all times during my interactions with them as professional, courteous, knowledgable and empathetic individuals. The entire process went smoothly and perhaps most importantly there was no sale element that some clinics convey. I cannot recommend the New Birkdale clinic enough for their outstanding clinical care.

I'm 6 weeks breast reduction post op with Dr Hardy and I cant even begin to tell you how happy I am! Dr hardy is the best surgeon. The nurses have a massive heart and really care. I felt so at ease with the staff when going for my operation. The aftercare is 10/10. The admin staff are also lovely. After the operation the nurses are constantly there talking to you and giving you anything you need. Dressing change appointments are always on time and very professional. Staff are all lovely and Dr Hardy is just a miracle worker and I thank him for everything he has done for me 💙

I had breast enlargement surgery at The New Birkdale Clinic last October and i am so pleased with my results, my surgeon Dr. Hardy is very professional and passionate about his work and the staff at the clinic were incredibly supportive, i felt completely comfortable. I highly recommend The New Birkdale Clinic for their excellent care and outstanding results.

I would highly recommend birkdale clinic, I had a boob job 6 months ago and I can honestly say how good they look & feel. The care I received from day one was amazing, when first going to have a consultation they were so honest with me and there was no pressure into booking with them, everything was on my terms too. I would 100% recommend Dr Hardy too. He was amazing from start to finish and I am very happy with my procedure.

I highly recommend the birkdale clinic. I recently had a breast reduction and uplift, I am delighted with my results. My expectations have been superseded. The care I received was outstanding from every friendly reception staff to the aftercare nurses and of course Mr Hardy himself.

All the staff at the Birkdale are so lovely and really make you feel comfortable. Loads of information and 24/7 support! Wouldn’t recommend anywhere else!!

I had breast aug with Mr Oezdogan and honestly, I can't thank him enough. My breasts are literally perfect, If I do say so myself. He couldn't have done a better job. He was so lovely and thorough with me during the consultation, pre-op and post-op. He knew exactly what I wanted and has made my dreams come true. During the consultation he made sure that the choice I was making would suit my body, he was so right. I know Mr Hardy has a lot of reviews and I was skeptical as I couldn't see many for Mr Oezdogan, but I am so glad I went to him and I would HIGHLY recommend him to anybody who is considering breast augmentation. The whole team at the New Birkdale clinic are great, they are very caring and attentive, called me a few days after the op to make sure I was okay :) High praise to everybody there xx

When I return to the clinic for my 6 weeks check up, I will be sure to thank Mr Oezdogan myself in person for the flawless work he has done.

- For anybody wondering, I was a small 32B and had 375cc round implants, I am now measuring 32DD but still waiting for them to fully drop and fluff :)
