Richie Flack is extremely professional and helpful. He patiently explains every unclear point to me until I am fully understand it. He also spends a lot of time finding the right comb for me until i am satisfied. I already thought he was great last year when i bought my buy to let building insurance and this year he's even more dedicated and cheerful. Thank you so much for your help Richie. My broker, the delightfully named Dew, was ever so professional and so knowledgeable about insurance products and the marketplace in general, and was also really amenable and friendly. Following a very pleasant initial call, she reiterated via email all of the information items that she needed from me. The following day she found some great insurance options and with the aid of a quick follow-up meeting fully explained the cover, terms and conditions of each of them, giving me all of the information I needed to make the right choice.

The alternative to this would have been filling out a bunch of Internet forms and doing lots of comparison mathematics myself. No thanks. Nothing beats the human touch, most especially when you have a knowledgable professional at the other end of the phone line.
