Nest Convey Anmeldelser

The team at Nest were brilliant . The turnaround from instruction to completion was so quick . We had a time frame set by the developer and I’ve never seen people work so efficiently and quickly to get the legal side of the house move over the line . Would highly recommend!

Katrina was amazing from start to finish with our sale and purchase. During a very stressful time and a few occasions that were challenging, Katrina and the team were great in assisting in all our needs. She made us feel like we were important and valued customers and could not recommend her enough! We would not hesitate to use Nest Convey for any future needs. 10/10!

Moving home is ultimately one of life’s most stressful experiences, I can vouch for that. So many moving parts and visibility isn’t always available. Nest Convey has a neat client portal helping you provide all the necessary docs and track the status of the journey, taking a lot of guess work and chasing updates out the equation. Steven & I were helped by a friendly professional team, who kept their cool (when I lost mine) and Lerian & Charlotte made sure our case stayed on track and we were able to move on the estimated date. Thank you.

Nest Convey have completely dragged conveyancing into the 21st century by using intuitive apps that streamline the entire process.

Seamless app integration: Uploading documents, tracking the live status of my chain, and digitally signing forms was incredibly easy and stress-free.

Outstanding communication: No chasing required; the app kept me updated in real time.

Exceptional customer service: When I did need to speak to someone, Scott and the team were professional, highly efficient, and had a fantastic telephone manner.

If you want a fast, tech-forward, and reliable solicitor, look no further. Highly recommended!

I was recommended Nest Convey, by our estate agent when I bought my house. They have been very helpful and thorough throughout the whole process of buying my house. So when it came to sell my house I decided to work with them again. They communicate promptly and clearly, which makes life much easier!
I highly recommend them.

Redrow Widnes Cheshire.

Moving house is supposed to be one of life’s most stressful experiences, but Nest Convey (Charlotte especially) somehow managed to make our side of it feel remarkably straightforward. We had a fair few complications along the way, but nothing ever seemed like too much trouble. Charlotte was always patient, quick to respond and reassuring. She definitely made the whole experience that little bit better!

A brilliant service from beginning to end. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Nest Convey to anyone.

From the very beginning, Scott and the team at Nest Convey made mine and my partners experience as first-time buyers as smooth and stress-free as possible. As someone who is a naturally anxious person and adding in the whole house-buying process into the mix, I can’t thank Scott enough for the reassurance, guidance, and support he gave us every step of the way.

Scott was always professional, approachable, and happy to answer any questions we had, no matter how small. He took the time to explain everything clearly, which gave us so much confidence throughout the process.

We are so grateful to everyone at Nest Convey for helping us purchase our first home, but a special thank you has to go to Scott for going above and beyond. If we ever need a conveyancing solicitor again in the future, we wouldn’t hesitate to use Scott and the Nest Convey team again.

Highly recommended – outstanding service from start to finish. Thank you for making such an important milestone a positive and memorable experience!

Lovely people to work with, kept us informed and updated at all times. Always pushed for things our side and were so understanding and thorough even when we didn’t fully understand stuff they took their time to explain it to us. Would definitely use again and recommend for a smooth and easy process

Thank you to the team at Nest Convey. Smooth transaction and good communication throughout.

Nest Convey have been nothing but accommodating and helpful to us during our exchange process. We had Charlotte looking after us, and given our unusual circumstances, she made us feel very comfortable explaining everything to us (maybe more than once) and made sure we understood every thing at every step. Highly recommend. Can’t thank them enough for making the whole process as smooth as possible.

Scott and the team at Nest are unbelievable at what they do. The process of buying my new home and part exchanging my old home was so smooth it made everything far less stressful for us. We gave Scott and team a huge task of getting us complete within just over 3 weeks including help to buy and they smashed it! Exchanged two days before completion and funds sent to for our new home first thing on day of completion. Special shout out to Ruth as well as Scott as she guided us through every step helping and assisting where needed. Thank you team Nest!

Easy efficient process at a really stressful time, Charlotte and team always answered queries promptly and actively encouraged us to call them if we needed any information. Friendly and approachable always.
