We tried these as an alternative to Kenco instant latte and were very disappointed.
The coffee was very weak and extremely sweet.
We shall mix the sachets that are left with more coffee but will not buy them again

The new Nescafé latte is awful. Would not recommend it at all. Such a shame

We have are latte coffee sachets 6 boxes with 8 sachets in a box from amazon all the time so to are surprise last night the order was smelling of soap powder through out the box right down to the powder we contacted amazon got a refund and to to destroy the items never had anything like this before so my worry is is there anymore of these boxes out there.

Really Strange , ive drank nescafe for years but because of ridiculous rising prices in uk 8.00 for 300g i saw kenco on sale 4.50 for 200g so bit the bullet and tried it. When finished the Kenco (smooth taste and definately drinkable) i went back to nescafe and omg dont know if nescafe has changed its beans but its bloody horrible and now doesnt even taste like coffee to me, i actually thought id bought a dodgy jar but next jar exactly the same:( Conclusion: something really strange going on with nescafe

YOU HAVE RUINED ALTA RICA!!
I have always enjoyed Alta Rica instant coffee. I buy about 10 jars at a time.
It has lost its intensity in flavour and smell and leaves a horrible bitter taste in the mouth.
I have now noticed a Green flash on the label stating “Reducing CO2”.
So in other words you have gone green and ruined the product.
I will NEVER buy Nescafe again!

May as well buy the supermarkets own brand now and save money, because there's no difference since you made the quality cheap and overpriced so you still profit. The gold blend tastes nasty aswell.
Will never buy again shame on you nescafe.

Agree with everyone. I unfortunately bought 6 boxes on Amazon and the seller said was a non refundable item. So I have 5 7/8 boxes which I will have to throw away. My friend suggested putting them in village raffle, but it’s so disgusting I wouldn’t dare to🤮

I bought a jar of Nescafe Gold Blend from my local store as I had run out of my usual coffee. I like to smell the coffee before putting a teaspoon into my cup. There was no smell at all! When you drink the coffee it has a bland, almost tasteless flavour. I won't make the mistake of buying Nescafe again.

Gold blend. What ever has changed, please change back! Will not be buying again. Nasty bitter taste left in my mouth. Thought it was the milk so got new milk made another cup and undrinkable.

Nooit meer koop ik een koffiemachine gemaakt door Nescafé Dolce Gusto (Krups). Ik kocht (via Coolblue) een koffiemachine, Nescafé Dolce Gusto Genio S, dewelke na 3 maanden al lekte. Telkens een plas water onder de machine na het zetten van een kop koffie. Aangemeld als retour, machine 3 weken kwijt geweest. Na 'reparatie' lekte het niet meer. Oke prima. Nu, 2 maanden later, lekt het opnieuw. Dit moet een productiefout zijn. Mijn tas koffie hoort 's morgens een moment van ontspanning te zijn, maar dat machine heeft me al meer stress bezorgd dan iets anders. Bijkomend werkt de ontkalkingsfunctie voor geen meter. De machine zou automatisch moeten stoppen op 'streepje' 4 wanneer het waterreservoir leeg is. Dat doet deze ook niet, het blijft pompen ondanks lege tank. Ik moet noodgedwongen op het knopje duwen zodat de machine stopt, maar vervolgens slaat deze helemaal tilt en kan het ontkalkingsproces niet voortgezet worden. Het lampje om te ontkalken blijft tevens ook gewoon branden. En ja, ik volg het stappenplan om te ontkalken letter voor letter, het ligt aan de machine, niet aan mij. Is tevens al mijn tweede Krups (Nescafé Dolce Gusto) machine. De vorige, een Mini Me, heeft ook maar 3 jaar volgehouden. Een derde kans krijgen ze van mij niet, ik schakel over op een ander merk.

I work in a factory and my colleagues and I had latte’s every coffee break but not anymore non of us take sugar and the new recipe is very very sweet. With the government ramming Obesity down your throat and cutting down then you go and up the content of sugar not good we definitely won’t be buying any more unless the old recipe comes back x

Cappuccino absolutely disgusting. I don't think it has been near any coffee. It's just awful, sickly sweet hot milk with a horrible artificial aftertaste. Straight in the bin.
All these packet coffees are going the same way. Its not just Nescafe.

Just having Nescafe and all readyfeeling sick from first sip of this substance.

I knew there was something different when I broke the the foil seal where has the aroma gone then the disgusting taste what have you done Nescafé after 50 yrs I’ll have to buy another brand

I have always drunk Nescafé original instant coffee. There have been tweaks to flavour over the years, but the recent change is disgusting. They said there has been no change when I asked. The label says "same great taste". Lies all lies. Think I'll change to tea.
