I have two back orders since August. Out of more than 20 funkos I bought, they are not sending them because there are 2 that they don't have and they lied about their availability. These 2 funkos were pre-order and would be available days after my order. However, they have not sent me anything. More than 200£ lost. In the emails after complaining once a day, they say they will send it to me but they have problems with shipping. THUS MORE THAN 6 MONTHS, they won't refund my money either. SCAMMERS

I pre-ordered my funkopop and I received it after 7 months. They told me they had a problem with shipping
But that was alright.because i still got My order
Customer service was very friendly and they always replied to my msgs.
I will definitely order again, but only think about when you preorder something it will take much more time to arrive
Plus:the funko was in a very good condition due to very good packaging

Después de esperar más de un año por unos productos en preorder y una vez todos ya están en stock no envían el pedido. Resulta que los pops que has reservado los venden y no te guardan los tuyos. Se quedan con tu dinero y no te envían lo que habías reservado y pagado con antelación. Son unos ladrones y unos estafadores. NO COMPREIS JAMAS EN ESTA WEB

This shop gets all the new funko releases really fast and ships them abroad really fast and well packeged! Would reccomend it to anyone who wants to buy Funko PoP!

2 años esperando varios funkos y nada de informacion al respecto,solicito el reembolso y me comentan que pierdo parte del dinero segun su NUEVA POLITICA la cual no existia cuando yo realice la compra,bien trabajado si señor......NO VOLVERE A COMPRAR ESE SEGURO

J’avais un peu peur au vu des avis précédents, mais c’est le seul site où les figurines POP exclusives que je voulais étaient disponibles donc j’ai voulu tenter le coup.

Commande passée le 13/02, envoyée le 17/02, reçue le 02/03 en parfait état, bien protégée.

En conclusion, envoi assez long (17 jours après la commande) et suivi colis approximatif mais colis reçu et en parfait état ;)

Un achat effectué il y a 3 mois et toujours rien on me dit de patienter ! Fuyez ce site !

Waiting for merch for 180 euro, no response, no communication - only senseless responses just to delay time! Don't ever order anything from this seller!!! And don't forget you have 180 days to refund (I wouldn't wait for the last-last moment though.
PS - Alerted all possible funko pop groups in facebook about their (nerdom.gr) practices!

Hace 5 meses que solicité un pedido de funko pop de 10 unidades, 8 de ellos estaban disponibles en ese momento y los dos restantes estarían disponibles diez días más tarde. Aún sigo esperando que procedan a enviar dicho pedido, no se dignan a proceder al envío de los funkos que supuestamente están apartados desde entonces. Esos 2 cuya disponibilidad estaría poco tiempo después, era mentira. Después de leer por Internet que no soy el único afectado, empiezo a pensar que esta web nos ha estafado a la mayoría.

I wish I had read the reviews here before pre-ordering Funko Pops through Nerdom. After 6 months of waiting since my order I still have no delivery and the meaningless emails they send never address the issue. I want a full refund but they will only issue a credit note which is no use as I will not be using this site again. In the meantime the figures I ordered are in my local store and I hope will not be sold out. I can´t afford to go and buy from the shop when I have already paid Nerdom. Do not use this site and instead, spend your hard-earned money somewhere that actually cares about delivering the goods and provides a modicum of decent customer service!

Commande passée en juillet pour des pré-commandes annoncées pour août, puis décalée à septembre.
Décembre toujours rien je souhaite annuler ma commande et on me répond que je dois attendre 6 mois après l'achat des pré-commandes pour annuler mon achat...
Je patiente donc 6 mois après mon achat (argent déjà débité !)

6 mois après je souhaite à nouveau annuler ma commande et on me répond que je ne peux toujours pas annuler ma commande car elle est prête à partir
1 mois plus tard toujours pas d'avancee sur ma commande et aucun remboursement !

J'ai ouvert un litige paypal pour espérer avec mon remboursement pour une commande passée en juillet où rien n'est disponible et aucun remboursement accordé

Preorderd items back in May, customer support is worse than treating a dog. Waited and begged them to cancel my order and give me the voucher for the site all they did was say sorry please wait a bit more we will reserve your items and send them to you as soon as all are here in the meantime they were getting sold out.
Than come to Jan 11 2023 We have processed your order xxxxxx, you will receive your tracking information when the shipping company picks up your package in approximately 1-2 days! We apologise for the inconvenience.

After that i asked can i get the tracking and they simply never replied after again. From Greece to our country u get on foot in 9 days so don't buy from them.

All the pre-order stuff is directly a scam.
50% of those Funkos are never sent to you, even after waiting for more than
1 year.
Then you have to ask for a refund and instead of returning your money back, they will send you a voucher to spend on this web again

I pre-ordered a toy from them, at the beginning of July 2022. Already January 2023, and no news about my order, the status on the site, as from the first day of payment, is expected. They don’t want to return the money, they write to me so that I can expect my order - to the question of how long to wait, no answer. Also disgusting online customer service, you can wait for a response to a letter for several days, and after waiting, you will read the answer in style, we are very sorry, but you will have to wait a little more. Do not order anything from them online! You will lose your money and nerves.

Würde hier nie wieder kaufen!
Habe 2 saxhen vorbestellt und es mir anders überlegt da der Versand soooo lange gedauert habe und ich es schneller und günstiger in Deutschland bekommen habe. Pro Figur 20€ Aufpreis !!!! Generell sind die meisten Produkte dort viel teurer als wo anders habe ich erst später gemerkt. Habe 5 Mails geschrieben und habe immer noch keine Lösung für mein Problem gefunden.
Versand kostet 11€, rückversand muss der Käufer übernehmen und pro Artikel werden dann nochmal Gebühren verrechnet. Als ich darum gebeten hatte nicht vorhandene Produkte also meine Vorbestellung zu stornieren habe ich erstmal als Antwort bekommen dass ich nur einen Gutschein bekomme womit ich auxh einverstanden war. Allerdings wusste ich nicht ob das für den online Shop oder den echten Shop in Griechenland gilt. Was soll ich mit einer Gutschrift für den Shop in Griechenland ich lebe in Deutschland. Als ich mich bereit erklärt hatte die Gutschrift zu nehmen Kam dass es wohl doch nicht geht? Die E-Mails sind so unverständlich und ich hoffe dass ich das Problem mit Hilfe von Paypal lösen kann. Seit einer Woche renne ich hinterher und es nervt nur noch. Als würde man einen Vertrag fürs Leben unterschrieben wo man nicht mehr raus kommt. Wer hier ein mal bestellt, der kann kein Geld zurück erwarten. Für eine internationale Seite echt unmöglich habe so viel vom Ausland bestellt und nirgends hab es solche Probleme. Wenn man mal bedenkt dass es ein EU Land ist … wirklich unmöglich
