I was happy from my experience yesterday. Emma was very helpful and patiently answered my questions.

The computer glitch we had on flights was quickly resolved at no extra charge. Something some other "well known" travel agents did not when the same problems occurred.
Jasmine could not have been more helpful, in fact I received a refund as the flight we requested was cheaper...
