Appointments for students available only during school hours which makes it extremely difficult for working parents. This needs to be made clear to patients before the start of the treatment.

Michael removed my 14 year old daughters brace today. He was kind, efficient and knowledgable and spoke to her like a young adult and not a ‘kid’ which she (and I) very much appreciated. He put her at ease with his gentle humour and I would highly recommend his services.

The orthodontist who fitted my braces and took me through the whole process of straightening out my teeth was very professional. He was gentle, knowledgeable and had a great sense of humour! All the staff there were friendly and always kept me up to date with appointments. I'm really pleased with the outcome and would recommend Neo Orthodontics to anyone who needed braces.

it was almost painless when they took off the braces, same with putting in the braces as well. All the appointments within the 2 years were really fast and all the orthodontists knew what they were doing.

Staff very friendly and helpful and location good for parking. Final result is good. Only constructive feedback is that there needs to be more orthodontist availability as time between appointments is long if they are on leave etc thus delaying treatment time.
