Everything done with quality and efficiently. However didn’t let me select colour of my braces

Amazing my daughters treatment has all been done under a year and the whole team are so good her teeth look fantastic.

It was good my teeth are straight wich im happy about the staff was nice and kind did a really good job

My daughter’s teeth look absolutely fantastic. Majid and his team are exceptionally skilled and experienced in their field. From start to finish the whole process has been effortless and achieved amazing results. Lorraine on reception is extremely helpful and professional, nothing is too much trouble for her.

My daughter was there today and she was very anxious about getting her braces off but the staff were wonderful and soon had her nice and relaxed

I'm a Mum of an autistic child and everybody at our Orthodontics was/is lovely, patient, kind. Questions were always answered in an understandable manner/quality. Never have we had any problems. I'm very happy with the doctors, nurses, treatment. Keep your good work up!

It has been so wonderful working with Neo. They always were very through and really helped me with a disability in making sure I knew when my appointments more. Lorraine I think is the receptionist and she's a star. The surgeon although always very busy, I am very confident in his work. The techs are great and the information we were given was fantastic. Also tech- uh- Alan!? He was awesome with my daughter and the other techs great too

We had to terminate the treatment early because my son couldn’t stretch tiny rubber bands from top to bottom braces he struggled to do this due fat fingers and a small mouth. There was no alternative route offered so we had to have the braces removed after 8 months.The receptionists are lovely and always helpful.

The service is excellent and always attends to the patient promptly. The receptionist is always helpful and knowledgeable. Although there was some misunderstanding at the beginning where parents were seemingly not being involved in the treatment (will usually just wait outside of the treatment room), the Orthodontist made it sure that the succeeding treatments were explained to me so that I can reinforce my child’s compliance to the plan. Overall, we’re satisfied of the seamless service we have received and would highly recommend the practice to other patients needing Orthodontic treatment. Thanks for all the great job that you do! You made my son become more confident when he smiles.
